「Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de vacances sereines. La villa est située au milieu d'un panorama magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Sibillini est superbe. L'emplacement de la piscine est top, tout le monde en a bien profité !!Fabrizio est un hôte exceptionnel, il est généreux et plein de bons conseils. 「we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location.」

「Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! There is also a panaramic function room by the pool, which would be excellent for any gathering. More details on their website.」

「Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)」

「Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. 「Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!」
