Nice location and friendly staff

This is a nice friendly chalet style resort. It's a good base for exploring the Lot region. The accomodation is a little tired but good value for the money. Reception was friendly but limited hours. They charge extra for bed linen and a final clean if you need it. The kitchen and equipment is fine but basic. There is a microwave, 2 ring hob and a coffee filter. There are pots and pans, table ware and cutlery. The furniture is a bit old but functional. The pool looked nice. Overall we had a lovely stay and in early season the rates were very good.

Absolutely dreadful ! Dated, grim, lifeles sordid…

Not even sure where to start… Our check-in was at 4pm. We arrived at 4, to be told our accomodation wasn’t ready yet but would be within 30 mins. We actually got the keys an hour and half later. The house was clean-ish (hence the star) but very dated. Everything else was absolutely terrible. The description of the property on hotels.com is completely misleading. The free wifi doesn’t work. There is no bar, no kids club, no barbecue (but you can pay £19 a week (!!!!) to hire from the reception an electric bbq, which looks more like a portable electric hob) The pool is also dated, surrounded by weeds. The full place would need a serious refurbishment. The lady at the reception was nice but she seems to be the only member of staff there. Overall, this was the worse place we ever stayed at for a family short break.

Reçu sur TERRE DE FRANCE DOMAINE CLAIRE DE RIVE. vous avez changer votre facturation et reçu ou après contact tel de ce jour avec vos services, les clients ne peuvent pas intégrer dans le reçu ma société SERMES 67120 Dachtein. C'était bien pratique avant. Ma société ne veut pas me rembourser pour ce motif et je pense que cela va peser sur votre CA avec d'autres entreprises. Nous sommes une société de 320 personnes, 35 commerciaux itinérants. Client Gold, Je vais mettre fin à mes réservations chez HÔTEL.COM. J'informe ma direction pour diffusion auprès des autres itinérants et des sédentaires qu'il n'est pas possible d'intégrer (comme avant) une entreprise dans vos reçus. La nuit a été plutôt compliqué, à cause de l'orage et des moustiques, ou il a été impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et ou il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans le salon et la chambre...il a fallu payer les draps, serviettes de bain, pas d'éponge ni de produits de nettoyage...bref, pas de quoi vouloir y retourner, au vu du rapport qualité/prix !

Il faut marcher plus de 20 minutes pour trouver des commerces. Nous restons que 2 nuits et pour éviter payer le coûteux pack de ménage nous avons fait le ménage nous-même mais il n'y a aucun produit de ménage, aspirateur.etc..

Appartement sale et pas très bien équipé. L'endroit a vécu et mériterait un bon gros coup de rénovation. Heureusement, ce n'était que pour une nuit. Nous nous sommes laissés séduire par les avis et les photos...à tort. Accueil pas des plus chaleureux mais on mettra ça sur le compte du COVID qui agace tout le monde.

Très bon accueil, résidence calme verdoyante et reposante. Piscine chaude. Nombreux transats. Il manque des parasols. D'après le gérant il s'agit d'une erreur de commande du fournisseur qui a mis le logo d'un concurrent sur les parasols. Equipement très correcte (cafetières, micro-onde-four, frigo, TV, la literie). J'ai moins apprécié le fait que le lit double est composé de 2 matelas avec une petite différence d'hauteur entre les 2. Secteur magnifique par les paysages, les loisirs la gastronomie, les vins.
