Friendly staff-nice pool-breakfast could be better

Breakfast inkluded but varied in quality between days. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. No gym facility.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre, jolie, moderne. En revanche le restaurant n'était pas du tout satisfaisant. La piscine était grande et belle, dommage que les jets d'eau et les lumières ne fonctionnaient pas.

Hit and miss

Overall this hotel was hit and miss. The staff were generally nice and helpful but the policies they had to follow makes you feel like they don't care much about your stay. For example you can't drink the tap water but they only give you bottled water when you arrive - after that you have to buy clean water from them or from a store. They have a stupid system for the wifi where you need to get a new code from reception every day. And if you forget and try to call reception to have them print the code and just read it to you they'll still tell you to come down to get the paper. It's a pain. The breakfast was good most days except the first day when we asked for the omelette with everything (vegetables, ham, cheese) and received plain omelettes with only torn-up salami inside. The following days we got what we asked for so maybe it was a miscommunication. The buildings and pool area are really nice, and the drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The beach across the street is hard to get to, as many private residences and restaurants block access. The restaurants and shops down the street are difficult to get to by foot, but that seems to be the case all over the island. The reception staff helped us rent a car and reserve a boat trip which both turned out to be great. So as I said, hit and miss.

Dear Guest Greetings, thank you for the valuable feed back , however with regard to the wifi we would like to mention that our service provider is only one company and they have upgraded the band-with but the system is limited that's why we have to give two coupons, Regarding drinking water we provide two bottles of comp water on arrival , for the rest of the days guest can buy bottle water of they can drink tap water it is purified , however our reception staff can advise that, shall look in to that, with regard to beak fast on one of the days it was noticed that the items were not sufficient we have taken it up seriously and have ensured that such issues never occur again, however we thank you for the valuable feed back and we request you to come back and we will gave special care on your next visit Regards pramodh.g operation s manager

très bien, mais les repas ne sont pas à la hauteur

Chambres spacieuses, très belles et très bien équipées, belle piscine, hôtel très calme, personnel à l'écoute. Seul bémol, malgré certains avis, nous avons déploré qu'en dehors des diners de WE qui sont des buffets, la carte ne se limite qu'à 5 menus de carry (dont un végétarien), toujours les mêmes plus un menu de pâtes. Certains menus ne sont pas disponibles tous les soirs. C'est dommage, on aimerait plus de choix ou plus de variété, avec des plats Seychellois dans la mesure du possible (le chef est indien...). Par ailleurs, il est dommage qu'en pleine saison des fruits on ne nous présente au petit déjeuner que des oranges, des kiwis et du raisin, alors que de l'autre coté de l'ile on vend dans la rue des mangues, des fruits de la passion, des fruits citer, des papayes... Il n'y a pas eu de changements malgré nos remarques, c'est dommage.

Hotel de bonne qualité un peu isolé

Hotel de bonne qualité, pas directement sur la plage mais de l'autre coté de la route. Mieux vaut avoir un véhicule car pas grand chose à proximité. Rapport qualité prix : moyen. Système de Wi-Fi très compliqué 1 code par jour et 1 seul appareil connectable. Erreur sur la note finale en notre défaveur, pas spontanément corrigée mais tout est finalement rentré dans l'ordre

3 nätter - Deluxe rum

Tycker Deluxe rummet var jättefint!! Stort rum och stort badrum, både badkar & dusch. Jag var jättenöjd, ända jag tycker hotellet kan tänka på är: skaffa badrockar och uppdatera sina toalett accosiarer, de ser ut som de är från 80-talet. (Schampoo, etc.) Frukosten var inte imponerande tyvärr, den får rätt låga betyg. Men det finns åtminstone en man som kan göra omelett etc, så man kan ju leva på det.

Hôtel plus 3 étoiles que 4 ...

Hôtel bien situé dans Grand Anse. On ne peut pas dire que le personnel est très accueillant ou bien même souriant... à part Dheepak le barman ! Le ménage laisse à désirer et surtout au niveau des repas ne pas prendre le buffet !!! C’est une arnaque ! 450 SCR par personne c’est très cher et ça ne les vaut pas ! Par contre leurs pizzas sont très bonnes et pas chers mais attention ils ne les servent pas tous les soirs ... La piscine pourrait être mieux nettoyée tout de même...

Mieux qu'on ne le pensait

Parfois les photos sur les sites internet ne sont pas vraiment représentatif des hotels. Pour l'oasis hotel, c'etait mieux que sur les photos. Le personnel est accueilant et souriant, les apparts sont confortables, propres, on ne pensait pas loger dans un endroit aussi bien. Pour 5 roupies vous pouvez prendre le bus et vous évader sur l'ile, l'arret est juste à côté de l'hotel

poor and expensive breakfast

breakfast was very limited and very expensive and the internet had always disconnected once in 10 minutes or so.. all the time we got into our room a football match noise was always with us.. so disturbing while making a holiday in seychelles.. pool wasnt clean at all and lots of bugs in it.. and lots of flies in the bedrooms too... there isnt much thing around the hotel. the bus stop is very close it was the best i think and the personel except the women in the reception and in the restaurant could be more friendly. even no "have nice day" after the check out...

Wonderful Hotel Experience

Simply awesome hotel and classy, the rooms were very neat and comfortable with much of the desired facilities, nice restaurant at affordable rates, beach is just across the road from the hotel.

WI-FI limitato a 500MB al giorno poi a pagamento Colazione piuttosto scarsa e mal organizzata all'orario di apertura il buffet non era pronto e alcune cose tipo il pane (basilare) veniva portato 45 minuti dopo. Courtesy room non presente quindi mi hanno richiesto 50 € per lasciarmi la stanza per una doccia prima di partire, in tanti anni di viaggi non mi era mai successo.

Hôtel accueillant et propre

Piscine moyenne car le fond assez crasseux. Le nettoyage est pourtant fait chaque jour mais je n'avais pas envie de me mettre à l'eau à cause de ces tâches. Une serveuse était froide et ça gâchait l'atmosphère au diner. Personnel à l'accueil très pro, faisant les réservations pour nous (taxi, passer la journée dans un autre établissement, ...) Bon matelas et une chambre très grande. Bon accueil et prise en charge des bagages. La plage est à 2 mn à pied, beaucoup de restos alentours, près de beaucoup de commodités.

Good

I stayed 3 days and could take a great rest. But, without any reason, the pool were unable to be used for the guests. Even though, I have no uncomfortable issues. I could recommend to the others.

Hübsches Hotel

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ganz angenehm und hat uns gut gefallen. An meinem Geburtstag haben die Angestellten eine kleine Torte zum Frühstück serviert, sehr aufmerksam und lecker! :)

Un oasi nuova e moderna nella semplice Praslin

L'hotel è come nuovo e ben rifinito. Le stanze hanno tutte le comodità. Spaziose, aria condizionata, arredamento curato e spazio esterno privato. Bagno sia con doccia immensa che con vasca. La piscina è molto suggestiva e invitante dopo una giornata a giro per l'isola. Avevamo la mezza pensione e la cena la sera è di ottimo livello: qualità, presentazione e qualità. Consigliata. Purtroppo la zona è meno attraente per il mare di tutta l'isola. Essendo nella costa opposta alle spiagge più famose e si è costretti a muoverci con il bus locale guidato da pazzi

Excellent customer service

We had a few hiccups on the first day but management and staff were superb and went out of their way to ensure we were well treated. We got a room upgrade and a few spoils which added to a very enjoyable stay.

Hôtel étrangement vide même si j'y étais en basse saison donc une ambiance un peu étrange pourtant l'hôtel et très correct. L'accueil était très sympathique, la chambre grande et confortable (très grande douche, et baignoire, articles de toilettes etc) avec balcon vue/piscine. Belle piscine simple avec jets d'eau (un poil bruyants mais on oublie vite) et un bar. Grand espace dans le lobby, restaurant correct (pris une simple salade de poisson, très beau visuel, un poil trop de vinaigre mais très bon), le bus passe à quelques pas de l'hôtel (pour se rendre à la plage de l'anse georgette, privatisée par le resort Lemuria, il faut prévenir la veille pour avoir l'accès garanti, la réception à appelé pour moi pour le jour même et c'était complet, mais j'y suis allé quand même et le gardien du Lémuria m'a laissé entrer sans problème, par contre ensuite il faut marcher un bon moment pour arriver à la plage, alors qu'en visite officielle le Lemuria vous y emmène en voiturette). La plage juste en face de l'hôtel par contre n'est pas adpatée pour se baigner en juillet (beaucoup d'algues et de puces de plage). Bref plutôt satisfait du rapport qualité/prix.

Très bel hôtel

Super hôtel. Chambre spacieuse. Lit très confortable. Grande salle de bain comprenant douche et baignoire. Balcon agréable. Piscine grande et très propre. Bar et restaurant proposant une carte variée. Petit déjeuner délicieux (Buffet a volonté). Il y en a pour tous les goûts (salé et sucré).

Hotel très accuillant dans cadre très agréable.

L'oasis vient d'ouvrir début d'année. Le personnel est très serviable. La piscine et le SPA sont des plus. La plage est à proximité mais ce n'est pas le fort de ce côté de l'ile. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Séjour avec un bébé: équipements bébé à disposition. Personnel à l'écoute.

Beautiful hotel, clean, quiet, with a very nice pool and a bar at the pool. We ate dinner there twice and the food was really good. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Room was very nice, good air conditioning located in a good place to avoid cold draft on the bed as well as ceiling fan. Wifi only in lobby.

Lugnt i toppklass

Vi hade några mycket lugna dagar med hotellet som utgångsplats. Det finns inte jättemycket att se i närheten, men de lokala bussarna erbjuder en upplevelse i sig. Givetvis finns taxi för den mer bekväme. Hotellet var verkligen i toppskikt men konstigt nog hade väldigt få gäster letat sig dit. Vi var i princip ensamma vid poolen och restaurangen hade bara dukat cirka en fjärdedel av borden.

Felejthetetlen 4 nap!

Közel a repülőtérhez, vadonatúj, szép, kényelmes utcafronti hotel. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, jó bázis a sziget felfedezéséhez. A szobák tiszták, tágasak, világosak jól felszereltek. A reggeli elfogadható, vacsorázni nem voltunk. A strand gyalogosan 2 perc.
