The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel war deutlich dreckiger, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder im Internet erwartet hatten. Besonders das Badezimmer war total veraltet und machte insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen unserer Erfahrung nach überhaupt nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand vor Ort. Dadurch hatten wir leider eine ganz andere Erwartung an das Hotel. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen."

"Absolutely phenomenal! Gorgeous apartment, perfect location close to everything. The hot tub was divine. The hostess was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. We were very grateful for complimentary luggage storage in the building locker on our last day. The shower is luxurious although the water pressure is on the lower side, just as an FYI in case that’s a big issue for someone. But it was no biggie when the place was so comfortable and amazing!!!!
