O imóvel faz juz ao que está na foto, muito bom, confortável, o espaço de piscina e churrasqueira são grandes, e como fomos com pets, estava ideal. Pretendemos voltar como família. A praia é muito boa, porém não tem muitos quiosques e a vida noturna da praia é um pouco deserta e parada, com poucos restaurantes, pizzarias etc...ideal para ir para a praia, mas a noite se quiser um pouco mais de movimento é melhor ir com o carro para a Guilhermina ou Tupi ou mesmo Mongaguá....

Casa bem localizada com fácil acesso, perto de comércios, local muito tranquilo. Casa muito boa, bem aconchegante, simples e com moveis bons. Obs: senti falta de mais utensílios domésticos. Piscina excelente, bem limpa, água cristalizada com equipamentos de filtragem da água. Foram 5 dias muito bom, pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Pra quem procura apenas um lugar simples e espaçoso, este imóvel é muito bom. Permite cães e foi um ótimo lugar para meu Pastor Alemão. Pra quem deseja fazer um churrasco na paia, tem espaço suficiente também. Foi tranqüilo e rápido para tratar a locação com o proprietário.
