An excellent, fully equipped house with a large outdoor leisure area: Swimming pool with deck, indoor bar with hydromassage, waterfall and LED lighting, covered barbecue area near the pool, outdoor refrigerator, table with chairs to complete the gourmet area. Garage with automatic gate, 2 large and comfortable bedrooms fully furnished with fans, one bedroom with air conditioning, 2 spacious furnished bathrooms, large, furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Large and cozy living room with 3 double sofa beds, Wi-Fi, 43' smart TV.
