Living room apartment 40sqm, 12th floor with large living room that turns into a very spacious bedroom at night. Bunk bed with double bed and additional bed, sofa bed and single mattresses, pillows. Bring bed, table and bath linen.
Apartment s / garage, but on the street has several houses that rent spaces and has parking nearby too, paid by guests.
Room equipped with ceiling fan, stereo, tv and dvd.
Large bathroom with shower and electric shower.
Kitchen with sea view, equipped with fridge, brewer, coffee maker, water filter, stove and microwave, with all cooking utensils.
Polycarbonate roof terrace with private barbecue, balcony and sink.
Facing the sea, just across the street is already on the beach.
Praia Grande, Vila Guilhermina, in front of the old kiosk 36.
