O hotel em si é enorme e tem até acesso para a lagoa (essa parte me surpreendeu, é linda). O atendimento foi muito bom, me senti acolhida. Eles estão fazendo alguns reparos, logo ficará ainda melhor. Só tenho dois pontos negativos para destacar (como crítica construtiva): 1) a internet estava bem ruim, praticamente não funcionava. Conversei com outros hospedes e eles estavam se queixando...
