Apartment and building were wonderful! Perfect location with Old Town and lots of good restaurants nearby! Only issue was we owed a small amount of money ($639 CK) for a breakfast and some drinks we had from our fridge. We left early for the airport Sunday morning before the office was open and left keys in room. I figured they would charge the card on file for amount owed. At airport, I checked my email to see the property messaged me and I was basically accused of skipping out. I was scolded by the property agent and told I should have communicated my departure with them. Truly, isn’t it their job to ask and explain their procedures. First time I ever had to wire transfer money to a property. Caused more stress than needed on a busy travel day home!!

Ideal spot!

This place is IDEAL! Lots of space in the apartment, super clean, beautifully decorated and everything there you could want. Petri at reception was amazing- so accommodating for our departure time. Perfect location to explore Prague’s main areas- everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Simple amazing place for a family trip, all the pe

This was a very excellent experience, beautiful apartment with more than plenty rooms and big areas. Super clean and extremely convenient location, it’s in hearth of the city. We walk a block and had all kinds of markets like the Christmas market, with stores, and impressive architect.

What an absolutely lovely place to be. Petra was so helpful with everything. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could ever need. It was on the doorstep of everything but also in a super quiet area. Can’t recommend highly enough. We WILL be back!!

Petra and Alexandra were exceptional in their customer service. Arrived quite late and Alexandra was there to greet us and assist with the parking. The apartment was lovely and quite large. It was supplied with incidentals and very very clean. Petra was kind and charming in assisting us with any questions. I highly recommend this rental as it is within walking distance of “things to do” and from the exceptional response from staff.
