スタロプラメン醸造所近く

街の中心からの離れてますが、ショッピングモールが近くにあり買い物等に便利です。周辺のレストランのビールの値段も中心より安いです。プラハのビール、スタロプラメンの醸造所も近く、そちらもオススメです。リフトで移動するのがちょっと億劫ですが、部屋も清潔で朝食はリクエストに応じたオムレツを作ってくれます。駐車場ありで個人的に好きなホテルです。

勝手に電球替えにおじさんが部屋の中に入ってきた。ズボンを脱ぎかけだったし、失礼だし、論外。恐ろしい。

（夜中に）お風呂場で上の階から水漏れが有った。部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、「満室なので無理」と一言だけ。「何故、空き次第に連絡します。」と言えないのか？朝８：００頃にフロントに行ったら、非常に良い対応で「すぐに準備します。」と言ってもらい、他の部屋のかぎをもらった。夜中のスタッフの対応に不満有り。又、前日は、予約したタクシーが来なくて確認したところ「予約を忘れていた。」と一言。すぐに予約をしてもらったが、なかなかタクシーが来なくて文句を言ったところ、「渋滞しているから仕方ない。」と一言。結局、大事なミーティングに１時間も遅刻。又、チェックインした時に、部屋に従業員が２名いた。すぐに出て行ったが、部屋に雑誌が忘れられていた。滞在中に、気分を害するスタッフが４名もいた。出張が多く色々なホテルに滞在しているが、これだけ色々と有った事は初めて。対応の悪いスタッフには、再度、社員教育をお願いしたい。

部屋は清潔で広さも十分です。周辺にはショッピングセンターやレストランも多く非常に良いです。特にピルスナーウルケルの直営レストランはビール食事ともによく値段もリーズナブルです。アジアからの団体の観光客の方が多く宿泊されており早朝の朝食会場はチェコであることを忘れます。少し時間をずらすことをおすすめします。朝食は品目も多く満足でした。レストランの店員の方は愛想よく対応してくださいました。駐車場は590CK/日とやや高く感じますが周辺の公共駐車場はそれよりも高かったです。 1点残念だった点として、フロントの方の対応に愛想がないのが残念でした。団体のお客様が多く泊まられているため、海外のお客への印象が悪いのかもしれませんが、無言で指を指しながら部屋へのルートを示したり。チェックアウトの際もフトントの方どおしで雑談をしながらといった感じでした。

ケーブルカーに乗って移動する山の上の別館はプラハの街を一望できて王様気分を味わえます。また大変静かです。プラハ旧市街まで徒歩とメトロ合わせて30分ほどで行けます。また空港まで帰るのに街と反対方向なので渋滞の心配もない。何から何までサイコーでした。

比較的清潔で、市街地へのアクセスも悪くないホテル

2月中旬に2泊しました。プラハ中心地からは少し外れたところにあり、Prague central railway stationからはトラム15～20分+徒歩5分、市内の観光地であるカレル橋あたりまでトラム10分+徒歩5分程度です。トラム乗り場のある場所には大きなショッピングモールもあり、スーパーも入っているので便利でした。部屋は、水回り含めて比較的清潔で滞在しやすかったです。ただ、毎朝9時すぎに必ずスタッフの方が部屋のドアを強くノックし、ミニバーに不足がないか確認に来るのが非常に鬱陶しいです。担当の方にもよるのかもしれませんが、こちらが返事をしているのにも関わらず勝手にドアを開けて入ってこようとする方もいたので。。

全ての面で快適なホテル

ダウンタウンや観光名所からは、少し離れていますが徒歩１０分くらいのところにトラムとメトロの駅もあり、それほど苦にはならなかったです。ホテルの施設と朝食は最高です。

すばらしい朝食

3泊しました。部屋はアップグレードされ、ケーブルカーで登った別館に宿泊したのですが、リビングとベッドルームがカーテンで仕切られており、広いお部屋でゆっくりゆったり過ごすことができました。朝食は種類豊富で毎日朝が楽しみでした。美味しかったです。近くにショッピングモールもあり、買い物にも困りませんし、地下鉄やトラムの駅も徒歩5分ほどで便利でした。チェスキー・クルムロフ行きのバスも最寄りの地下鉄駅のところから出ていますので、とても助かりました。旧市街へはトラムや地下鉄で行けますので、静かなこのホテルに宿泊するのもよいと思います。

旧市街より距離はありますが、価格も安くスーパーモールにも歩いて行けてとても便利です。朝ごはんも種類が多く楽しめました。

駅までちょっと遠い

朝食が良かったし、バスタブもあって快適。日本からのツアー客を見かけたから日本人向けツアー仕様になっていると思う。ただ駅までちょっと距離があって（１０分程度）、個人旅行としては少し不便を感じた。

Best Service Ever

This place was super accommodating. I left my phone in an Uber and 5 of the people at the desk tracked on my phone, Uber and even drove us a half hour away to retrieve it. Could not be more pleased. Breakfast was great, too!

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren gut geschnitten nur es war sehr hell hörig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, bisschen unorganisiert. Die Lage ist top. Es gibt Restaurants mit heimischer Küche in der Nähe und auch bis zur Stadt kommt man mit den Öffentlichen gut rein.

Hotel ligt vlak naast drukke baan en druk verkeerspunt. Veel lawaai vsn het verkeer aan de kamers aan de straatkant. Ook check-out verliep moeizaam. Slechts 1 medewerker achter de balie voor een rij van ongeverr 19 hotelgasten om uit te checken. 25min aangeschoven om uit te checken.

Hotel is lovely, staff were friendly, food was good. Had an issue that our room kept tripping (4 times) out due to an old socket or two apparently, given the heat this meant our room was overly hot, whilst the staff were quick to reset the fuseboard, we were not offered a different room to avoid this entirely. I would suggest after the first time this should have been suggested.

Good stay, bad checkout experience

Good stay and a good beginning but we have been charged for the (we thought free) welcome drinks and chips. We got an upgrade to a superior room which was great. Clean big rooms with a small balcony. Very nice Hotel and very good breakfast. Not ready for complaints. On Google we received an answer to send a mail but no answer at all...

Only stayed one night but found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and the staff to be helpful and professional.

Kjempe gode og koselig rom, stor valg frokost, men hotell ansatte er noe usikkert selv noen ganger for eks. Vi fikk et brukt rom når vi gikk in,men fikk et annet etter vi har tatt kontakt med de. Men brukt litt tid. Også vi bestilt frokost tidlig pga tidlige fly,men da vi gikk til å bekrefte det neste dag, men det var ikke i orden , men fikk ordnet det etterpå. God komfort hotel... anbefalt for familie,særlig med barn

気になった点 : 設備とサービス

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een trip naar Praag, groot winkelcentrum op 5 minuten lopen. Ook tram, metro en bus om de hoek. Wel een donker stuk om van de tram naar het hotel te lopen, met s’avonds drugsgebruikers, dit was een groot min punt. In het bovengelegen NH hotel is een rooftop bar en een zwembad, tijdens ons verblijf bleek dit dicht te zijn, hier is niks over bekend op de site dit was erg jammer. Kamer was netjes, goede bedden, badkamer schoon en het ontbijt was uitgebreid.
