시내에 자리잡고 있어 이동이 편리했다....메트리스의 허리 부분이 꺼져서 베게를 받치고 잤다. 호텔 방이 기울어져 묘한 기분이 드는 방이었다. 와이파이는 따로 돈을 지불해야 사용할 수 있었다. 하지만 주위에 맛집이 많고 유명 관광지가 포진해 있어서 그점은 높이 살만 했다.

The Metropolitan is in a very central location surrounded by a hip neighborhood. We have stayed here four years ago and it isn’t as good as it used to be, but still worth for being able to reach all parts of the old town just by foot. The breakfast is varied and good value. The rooms have seen better days, but are clean and warm. It would have been nice to get a fresh supply of shower gel every other day maybe.

Walking distance to old town Prague
Prague is a beautiful capital city but the old town area is a maze of small streets and this hotel is walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were very helpful and I was pleased about my upgrade.

Overall I think the stay would have been enjoyable, but the check-in experience was below average. First the keys didn’t fit and we had to go back down with our luggage through the labyrinth of hallways. When we got the right key, we opened the room and were greeted by a cloud of smoke. Truly annoying. When requesting a room change at the reception the guy just looked at me and said they don’t have other rooms today. After I told them that in this case, they will have to give us an upgrade, they magically made another room in the same category available. Overall the staff is nice, but the bad overall hotel management leaves them struggling I feel. Also the rooms are tiny, so not really worth the money.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und eng, max 15 Quadratmeter, das Bett sehr schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Von den Fenstern ließ sich nur eins mit viel Kraft und Tricks öffnen. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bzw. dem Foto.

No tiene gimnasio
Escogí este hotel ya que tenía un precio razonable y tenía servicio de gimnasio. Resulta que al llegar ahí me dijeron que el gimnasio no es del hotel y que debía pagar extra por cada vez que iva al gimnasio. Estuve 3 días y tuve que pagar 5€ aprox cada día para entrenar. Si no hay servicio de gimnasio incluido que no lo pongan en el servicio, así no habrá decepciones.
