Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
This overpriced 2 1/2-3 star( not 4) hotel has a Holiday Inn vibe and really has only one thing going for it: location. That’s it. Lobby is faux 1980’s discotheque with fake leather couches and mirrors on the ceiling. Front desk staff are rude and nickel and dime you for everything—including the free breakfast we already paid for but they wanted to charge us extra for. Frozen cucumbers and mushy eggs at breakfast. Cheesy decor. If drunk Germans and bus loads of Chinese tourists are your thing: stay here. If not, pick another hotel—better options abound.
The location is absolutely perfect. The major Metro stop is steps away. Old town and new town areas are all walkable. I would definitely be staying here again when I return.
Second stay at Grandium was just as nice as first. Well maintained, clean, great breakfast, great housekeeping and staff in general. Also convenient walking distance to most sites. What more could you ask?
The Grandium Hotel was great and just as expected. The room was clean and the breakfast array was nice. We also booked massages in the spa, and those were phenomenal
It’s a great centrally located property from where everything is at walkable distance. The staff is great and very helpful and I should say please get there breakfast with the booking. They have a great breakfast buffet.
Perfect location for taking the train. Very short walk from main train station. I stayed in room 666 which had an interior courtyard. Very quiet at night. This was a great value given the high quality of this property. I would stay again on my next trip to Prague.
The reception lady was very nice and helpful!
The room are nice, you have A.C , and a nice bed.

Small room, poorly furnished
Room was small and furnishing felt like an afterthought. Booked expecting a 5* experience but quality and standard is subpar and more aligned to a stay in a 3* hotel. Would have been better booking the Radisson for around the same price. Breakfast was good quality but standard of the rooms was disappointing. Shower pressure was not great.
Good location! Easy walking distance to old town and Wenceslas square. Also only a short walk to the metro. Can easily get public transport to/from the airport for 40CZK each. We ate in the hotel one night the food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The room was clean, the only downside was the shower didn’t stay up so that made it a little annoying when showering- we probably could’ve reported this to reception and they would’ve fixed it but we didn’t. Room was clean. All spa services are charged extra which was a little disappointing. I thought maybe you would have access to sauna and jacuzzi included in the hotel price but you don’t. All in all a good trip would recommend.
Just returned from my first visit to Prague and couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel.
The Grandium Prague is located really close to the Muzeum metro station making it super easy to get to from the airport (for just more than £1)
We arrived early but check in was arranged immediately to a very nice room - not overly spacious but enough for our needs.
It's location is literally yards from Wenceslas Square and 0.5 miles to The Old Town Square and other great attractions.
Breakfast was included and boy does this set you up for the day - you are welcomed with a Bucks Fizz (Mimosa to our American friends) on arrival and the choice on offer is staggering.
Nothing was too much trouble so thank you all for helping to make our first visit to Prague so memorable. We will definitely stay here when we return, which we definitely will.
Nice triple room on 5th floor. Only complain is the bathroom, toilet seat was wobbly and shower handle needed slight fixing.
Otherwise good location and fantastic breakfast buffet.
Excellent location , rooms are very comfortable, beds are excellent and so is the shower. The hotel is very clean.
Breakfast was very good (both variety and taste).
Highly recommended
