Great little apartment just a 7 minute walk from the central train station and within walking distance of most tourist spots and dining. I would definitely stay there again. Building was great.

This property was located in a perfect spot just a short walk from the Powder Tower in the old town. There wasn’t much more we could ask for in this place. Josef was excellent to work with and had everything we needed all set up and ready for us! I will not hesitate to come back to this apartment again or deal with Josef on another property.

From the moment I booked this apartment Josef was very attentive to any questions I had. Sent a very extensive guide to Prague and the neighborhood and even was able to book me transportation from the airport. The apartment is very centrally located to many of prague's most popular attractions. Many great restaurants and even nearby grocery store for extended stays. I highly recommend not only this apartment but Josef as a host. Someone was there to greet me when I arrived and show me around so I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into the apartment. It was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for my stay and remote working. Don't miss a visit to the rooftop terrace for the most spectacular views of Prague. I also spent many nights with Marco at the Cin Cin wine bar directly across the street from the apartment.

Great place

Make sure you check in before 10 pm. Really nice place. Good location. Close enough to walk but not in the crazy tourist central area. Very upscale building, if you need the ac, ask them to set it up. Very responsive host. Really a top notch apartment.

Excellent and well located apartment.

Very high standard, lovely light apartment. Spotless. Excellent location for walking to sights. Would happily stay again. On 4th floor in a building with a modern lift, and also a receptionist.

We booked a stay for 3 nights to see Bruce Springsteen in Prague. This apartment was superb! Wonderful position, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. It’s in the city centre on excellent transport routes so there is obviously some traffic noise that is expected in any city. Josef as host was fabulous and responsive and they looked after our luggage on the last day and arranged airport pick up and drop off. In short we cannot fault and would use anytime we return to Prague!

Smaller then it appears, but clean with all necessities included.

The studio apt. is very clean and has all the things needed for our 3 night stay. The apt. faces the busy street and trams run until late night. The owner was very helpful, and the building is secure with someone at the front desk all day.

Great stay - close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Josef was fantastic and the apartment was wonderful. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see!!! I stayed with my two grown sons and the accommodations were perfect for us.

Believe the 5 star reviews, GREAT property

Stayed12 nights, January 2025. The location is really as close to perfect as you can get. A 6 minute walk door to door to the main train station. Same time to get from apartment to old town. The property was as described, bed was comfortable, but the couch wasn't anything to brag about for sitting - It's "deep" so you need pillows behind the back, it's like that because it's a sleeper but we did not use. Washing machine and dish washer worked as new. No dryer but the drying rack would hold a full load and dry over night. VERY convenient. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Was able to make breakfast in the morning, good pan for eggs or bacon. Didn't do anything bigger than that. Josef was very prompt in getting back with me on absolutely everything. There was a great restaurant across the street Hybernska that was amazing.The check in was a little clunky but I think it was my fault. My train was delayed and Josef told me to text him when we got in, unfortunately I didn't know that to text him I should go through the VRBO app and didn't text him. As a result I got to the property and thought no one was there. Hint: there is almost always someone at the desk but it is a bit around a corner, Knock on the door a little bit loud and they'll come and assist. After that no problems. The other thing was that I changed my dates a little bit and cut off three days, this was during the "no penalty to change" period. But the total price actually went up. Still good price but bad look.

Superbe

Appartement très bien situé dans une rue calme et tranquille. Tramway à deux minutes de marche, la gare à 10 minutes de laquelle on peut rejoindre l’aéroport en 50 minutes grâce à l’autobus express. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé avec une grande douche et un lit super confortable. Par contre le divan du séjour est très profond, on se demande si c’est un lit ou un divan. Beaucoup de restaurants près de l’appartement et Josef le propriétaire répond rapidement aux demandes qui lui sont adressées par texto. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable d’une semaine dans cet appartement et nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Very nice apartment ina good location.

We enjoyed the apartment. Perfect for a couple and very convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. My only complaint was that the sheets and pillow cases were washed in a very fragrant laundry soap.

Great apartment in a great spot

The property is very nice. Excellent water pressure for the shower. If you’re planning to use the laundry facilities, note that it’s not an all-in-one machine so you’ll have to use the (supplied) drying racks. Owner supplies 10% off coupons for an excellent restaurant around the corner. About 300m from the Museum of Communism, easy walk to other sites. Highly recommend.
