部屋は広くて快適
部屋は広くて設備も良く満足でした。観光地にもアクセスしやすく、場所は申し分なかったです。 ただ、チェックインが泊まる場所から離れていいて、大きな荷物を持った旅行中の客をそこまで行かせる点についてはやや不満が残ります。スタッフの方がチェックインの時間に部屋に来て設備の説明などを直接してくれるともっと良かったと思います。 また、アパートメントの部屋まで階段を上るのも大変でしたし、鍵が何個もありやや不便でした。メインの部屋のベッドは寝心地悪くて寝不足になりました。 総じて、数日間滞在する方にはいいと思います。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで良かったです！

1階でも、窓からモルダウ川が見わたせる最高のロケーションです。 面積的にも60-70㎡あり、キッチン設備なども最新で充実しています。 特に、中長期滞在される方は、最高だと思います。 ★注意：チェックイン＝キーの受け渡しは、ホテルとは別の場所になっています。 私は、旅の途中でのやや下ったため、うっかり、そのことに気づかず難渋しましたが、注意書きに、その場所が書かれています。チェックアウトは、キーを部屋に置いていくだけなので、こちらは簡単です。

スタッフの対応が良い
チェックイン時にWiFiがつながらなく困った。スタッフが諦めないで対応してくれたことは大変評価できるが、そもそも基本的なWiFiがつながらないことが問題である、この対応で１時間も時間を費やした。旅行者には貴重な時間である また湯が温まらないことがあったがこの件もすぐにメールでの返信が来て対応してもらった。ホテルではないのでフロントが無くシステムに不安があったが、私に起きた２件の問題も対応の良さには感心した。もちろん場所は良くドナウを挟んでの夜景を部屋から眺めることができるのは大変満足ができる

Awful client relations
The location is good but the client relations was awful. I had the email from hotel and replied email with our checking time, but when we go hotel, there is no one. so I asked help to the restaurant downstairs because, the memo on the wall said "There is something wrong, please ask help restaurant downstairs", but the staff of restaurant said "we don`t know anything" we manage to call the hotel staff and he said "We go in 20 minutes", but actually we wait 30 minutes, and totally we wait more than 1 hour. When check in, the hotel staff said "We don`t know checking time, but We find out what`s going on and will do something", but they didn`t reply anything yet, after 1 week past. I sent email again after I return home, but they didn`t reply me. If there is something wrong with their mail system, I will get in touch with customer with another way. I never stay their hotel, and don`t recommend it.

景色は最高ですが。
皆さんもおっしゃる通り窓からの景色は素晴らしいです。 キッチンも使いやすかったですが、ここはあくまでもホテルではなく部屋を貸してもらうというスタンスです。 チェックインは部屋で行いましたが私たちに対応したスタッフはアルバイトの学生のような2人でまるでホスビタリティのない対応てした。 楽しみにしていた窓からの景色もシェードが壊れていて、更に驚いたことには前に泊まっていたお客様の洗濯物ものが部屋干しに残っていつ、すぐに連絡しましたが、結局最後まで部屋に残されたままでした。今までいろいろなコンドミニアムに泊まりましたがこのような対応は初めてです。 ロケーションとコストパフォーマンスは良いと思いますが、泊まられるには覚悟が必要です。

Great view from the apartment. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Checkin is not easy as keys collection is at a different location. Our apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift.

Great location, overlooking the river and a short walk from the center of the Old Town. Apartment was nice and clean, and staff were very helpful with instructions on how to collect keys etc.!

AMAZING Place, but no lift.
It's an AMAZING Place to stay, but no lift is a big problem for girls with heavy luggages. Good reception guys, but long distance checking Room from office to the Place stay, especially for many heavy luggages. Too early check out time with the AMAZING Place.

Overall this was a great little apartment with a perfect location! Stove top was broken -which they had told us about And we didn’t cook at home anyway. Kitchen could have used cloths and towels and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ac-so directions would have been great

Disappointed. Did not inform us that the stove glass was damaged and not working. We could not cook. Open pub downstairs which, due to customers noise could not sleep till late. All the smoke from smoking from customers penetrated in the bedroom. We had second hand smoking at nights till very late. Too tired in the morning due to lack of sleep.

Primero no contestaban mis mensajes , luego coordiné la recogida desde el aeropuerto al departamento , llegue a las 12 de la noche porque mi vuelo se atrasado una hora y nos esperaba un hombre molesto y mal genio, luego nos llevaron al lugar donde se recogían las llaves y el tipo nos bajo de el auto y nos dejó con nuestros bolsos en ese lugar , después tuvimos que recoger las llaves e irnos caminando cargados hasta el lugar . Muy mala la atención . Llegue y la cocina estaba dañada y no funcionaba , no tenía control de la televisión y el internet funciona a medias . Al final tenían que devolvernos un dinero de un late check out que supuestamente lo reembolsarían a los dos dias y ha pasado más de una semana y aún no lo rembolsan , escribo al WhatsApp pidiendo explicaciones y no contestan . The appartment is in an excellent location, we stayed in this appartment 7 years ago, we liked it so much that we've come back to stay here again . However this time around our experience was different. I've found dealing with the staff very inflexible, for every little variation to the conditions they were available but only for a fee, like dropping our suitcases at the appartment 1 hr earlier. The appartment is dated and not as clean as before, hot water system very temperamental, at times hot water wasn't available. Parking was only available on the street and very expensive. Prague is overcrowded with visitors from around the world and because of it tourists are taken for granted. This was our third visit to Prague since 2009, sadly was also our last.

Thank you for your comments. You need to understand that you are not the only guest we had at the same time so it is hard to respond positively for any your extra request. The conditions of the check-in time are clearly stated in our listing and we couldn't change it just for the fact you stayed here before. All the fees are just for to cover the expenses we have with the extra requirements of our guests. The parking in the very centre of the town has been the same for decades and we always reccommend to leave the car outside of the centre to avoid a stress. We don't think the tourists are taken for granted at all but you need to understand that you are not the ones and only guests we have, please respect our work as we respect you. Prague has many things to show and offer and if you are so familiar with the visits of Prague but don't like crowds we reccommend you to stay more far from the main touristic points. The transportation is excellent throughout the whole city and the districts arrount the centre are the best alternative for the people looking for more calm place to relax, still just a step from the centre.

Reklamointi ei auttanut. - Yövyimme neljä yötä eikä siivooja käynyt kertaakaan. - Suihku ja kylpyhuone homeessa. - Ei ilmastointia. Vain pari jalkatuuletinta joten ummehtunut ilma koska ikkunoita ei voinut pitää auki melun ja ötököiden takia. - Ei hissiä. Tarvitaan neljä avainta jotta pääsee kävelemään portaita pitkin kolmanteen kerrokseen. Lukkoja siis matkalla ja kaikkiin eri avain. - Avaimien nouto 15 minuutin sokkeloisen kävelymatkan päästä. Plussat: - Sijainti mahtava. Kävellenkin pääsee lähes kaikille nähtävyyksille. Raitiovaunuja ihan vieresssä ja metrolle alle kilometri. Ikkunasta näkymä Prahan-linnaan. - Etukäteen sovitut kyyditykset meno-paluu toimi sovitusti. - Hyvät sängyt. - Suihkussa lämmintä vettä riittää ainakin kolmelle. - Kodinkoneet uudehkoja joten kaikki toimii vielä. 다신 절대 안 갑니다 이 숙소.
열쇠 키를 찾으러 숙소에서 10분 거리에 있는 곳으로 찾아가야하는건 일단 오케이. 하지만 체크인 3시 라서 너무 늦습니다. 뷰는 정말 좋지만 안방은 난방도 안되고 너무 추워서 떨면서 잤습니다. 차가운 바람 다 들어오고 옆방은 왜이렇게 시끄럽던지 조용히 할 생각이 없더군요. 그리고 보증금 100유로에 도시세금 30코루나 까지.. 돈 뜯기는 기분이 었습니다. 정말 최악입니다.

The check-in time is regular ( at 3pm) and its written in rules of the reservation. we are also sorry if you were cold, but there was a termostat on the wall, that you could have use to adjust temperature. easy check-in and check-out, great view, clean appartment. The only problem was the bed. It was impossible to turn over without feeling the springs. Location was perfect.

Great spot. Well setup. Helpful staff
The apartment was well set up. Had everything including kitchen and clothes washer. It was right across the street from the river and only a few minutes walk from St. Charles bridge. Public transportation was only a few minutes in either direction. The only issue was noise and smoke from the courtyard below the apartment which was the smoking area for the pub/restaurant downstairs (this my only reason for not giving it a 5). I stuffed some dirty clothes in between shutters and opened other windows. ( this helped but it was winter so I didn't leave windows open long) The office for check in was a little difficult to find, it's in an office building several blocks away and you need to go to 4th floor and ring buzzer. The people were very friendly and helpful. Made several suggestions for restaurants and things to do, even arranged airport shuttle for me. Overall it was a good spot

Thieves. Beware.
This company charged a price of £82 per night. I only booked the hotel for one night which was fine. However, on the website at the time, there was no mention of an extra 20 euro charge at check in past 9pm. The check in policy on the website stated "check in, from 3pm to midnight". The woman who called me after the booking was made told me there would be an extra 20 euro charge because of the time of check in. I told her this wasn't stated on the hotels.com page so I would either 1. Not be paying this charge or 2. They can cancel my booking. Upon arriving to the apartment, she let us in and showed us round. She then asked again for the 20 euros which I stated I would not be paying as there was no mention of this on the hotels policies on hotels.com at the time. The woman accepted this and left. I then found out that I had been charged the 20 euros and called hotels.com to let them know this. Luckily, I kept screenshots of the hotels.com booking at the time it was made, otherwise the hotel would have gotten away with this. They refused to respond to the email I sent to them which included evidence that the 20 euro policy was not shown on the hotels.com page. Instead, they went on to edit their policy directly after I had sent the email and then included the 20 euro extra charge and CHANGED the WHOLE check in page. All without responding to my email. Hotels.com later apologized for this inconvenience and resolved this but there was no response from the hotel.

horrible customer service
customer service ZERO! NO AC in apt witj 35C temps was a torture. asked for a fan, wasn't provided with one, the apt manager insisted there was one in the apt and never brought one! I was in apt 1, bedroom was by the entrance to building therefore could not leave window open coz everyone could look in. curtains were not up although rod was there! so I had to suffer with Windows closed with 35C temperatures. wanted to shower and water was ice cold. although i was hot the water was simply too cold to shower. location however was excellent, approximately 150 meters to Charles bridge right in the river front. one other thing for gyestsbto kniw when u book this apt is that there is not an office on site andyou have to go to another location to pick up the keys and check in. very inconvenient after a long flight! They cam check u in on site if u pay €15! What a rip off! All in all, a nightmare of a stay for 2 nights which ruined my visit to beautiful Prague! I wrote the hotel several times but didn't get a response. on day 2, the maintenance person Boris came and made a note that there wasn't a fan and no curtains but management never bothered to compensate for the failure in service! that's the reason I give this hotel 0 stars for service. the utter disregard for guests comfort!

We pay close attention to our guest and believed us we try to buy another fan, but hard to believe were sold out everywhere. Next time we should be better prepared to have some in reserve. +Amazing view, by the bridge/ - 3rd floor, no lift
Most Beautiful view, the checkin process was a bit of hassle, and there are multiple keys and multiple locks you need to manage. Not to mention it is in the 3rd floor without any lift so if you have lot of luggage good luck.

Inconvenient and unclean
Check in was a nightmare. There are no staff at the apartment, instead the keys have to be collected from a very hard to find office building about a kilometre away.I'm sure I found it only by luck! Check in after 9pm incurs a 'fine', as the office block is no longer staffed. The location of the apartment is excellent - just near Charles Bridge. Unfortunately, the condition of teh apartment is very poor and it is filthy and unclean. The soles of feet were black from walking in the apartment!! There are no amenities, and the apartment is old and un-renovated. I would not recommend.

최고의 호텔입니다. 위치가 정말 끝내주고 밤에 보는 까를교와 프라하성은 정말 로맨틱했어요. 다른 후기보면 체크인할 때 관리자 기다려야 한다고 하는데, 저는 오히려 관리자분이 저를 30분넘게 기다려 주셨네요;; (비행기가 늦어져서..) 아파프먼트 호텔에서 공항까지 유료 픽업서비스를 제공하는데, 저렴한 가격에 편안하게 이용했네요. '아파트먼트'호텔이라 관리인상주 안한다는거 정도는 예상했어요. 이런부분이 오히려 현지에서 사는듯한 느낌을 줬네요. 단점은 키가 너무 어려워요!! 키어려워!!

Lugar perfeito para ficar em Praga.
Localização excelente, bem de frente para o rio com uma linda vista para o castelo de Praga, além de ser perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O apartamento é amplo, claro, limpo, confortável e bem equipado. Um ótimo lugar para se hospedar.

Amazing, excellent location! Window opens to Vltava river - beautiful. A stone's throw to the Charles Bridge, and easy access to old town. Owners super helpful and accommodating of our arrival. Highly recommended!!!

Appartamento con vista sul castello.
L'appartamento è grande in zona centrale con vista sul castello. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il ponte carlo. L'unica nota dolente e che alle 23 abbiamo dovuto fare i letti perché si erano dimenticati che eravamo in 4 persone. PS per i check-in in ritardo si prendono una mancia di 20€.
