The location is good but the client relations was awful.
I had the email from hotel and replied email with our checking time, but when we go hotel, there is no one. so I asked help to the restaurant downstairs because, the memo on the wall said "There is something wrong, please ask help restaurant downstairs", but the staff of restaurant said "we don`t know anything"
we manage to call the hotel staff and he said "We go in 20 minutes", but actually we wait 30 minutes, and totally we wait more than 1 hour.
When check in, the hotel staff said "We don`t know checking time, but We find out what`s going on and will do something", but they didn`t reply anything yet, after 1 week past.
I sent email again after I return home, but they didn`t reply me.
If there is something wrong with their mail system, I will get in touch with customer with another way. I never stay their hotel, and don`t recommend it.
