Hotel Moran was well situated near the underground and the tram lines to get to the old town easily. The room was spacious and the balcony was lovely. Parking was not far and you do need to make a reservation which wasn't clear on the Expedia site. It wasn't hard to stop and drop off luggage before parking the car, which isn't needed in Prague itself. There was a partnership with the next door restaurant but they weren't open Monday evening. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Good space for three people, looking to explore the old town of Prague.

Fine hotel. Only wish unfulfilled: a double key for the room ... my wife gets up early and goes for a walk ... I go to the breakfast area or to a bar nearby and with only one key we are not fully independent on our schedule. Minor issue, otherwise a good place to stay.

The property was fine and not quite centrally located as we were hoping for. The hotel was clean, breakfast adequate, and felt safe. One elevator refused to go to the main floor, hot water was not consistent in the shower, and windows did not seal well enough to keep noise and bugs out. The main complaint is we booked an airport transfer from the front desk staff. We would assume that this is a common occurrence as we were told the airport was 30 plus minutes away. We were told the rate for the “taxi” and expected the driver in the morning. In the morning the driver was on time, no taxi sign on the car, and took the “taxi” to the airport. Upon arriving to the airport, the driver did not have a machine to accept credit card payment. We fortunately had some Euros put when it came time to pay, he wanted double the rate that the hotel provided to us. The hotel needs to be doing more not just inside the building, but to screen there preferred “taxi” service so as not to scam customers. We paid nearly $200 Euro per night for a hotel that should have been half that rate.

Thank you Expedia for the hassle free experience, as always. Had an good stay. They serve one of the best and outstanding breakfast in entire Prague. Super friendly, proactive and helpful staff. Very near to Metro and Tram stations. I took the Metro and connecting Metro and Bus to Airport along with my family. They room is not modern, i stayed on the 7th floor which had glass ceiling as substitute for windows. No lockers in the room but available in the reception for free. Though serves the purpose, it's inconvenient.This is more than compensated by fantastic breakfast and staff behaviors. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back on my next trip.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es ein sehr leckeres Frühstück! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und auch das Bad bot viel Platz. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel absolut i.O. Was uns etwas gestört hat, ist die Dame am Empfang, Sie meinte in einem forschen Ton, wir seien zu früh und sollen uns noch auf die Seite stellen, da die anderen Gäste ihren Check Out machen wollen? Dann ist das Hotel ca. 30 min Fußmarsch von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Kann man jetzt als positiv sehen oder negative. Was mich am meisten gestört hat, dass uns eine Garage geboten wurde, die eine Einfahrtsgröße von 2,10 Meter Breite hatte. naja viele Autos gehen da dann wohl durch unserer leider nicht. Die Garage daneben konnten wir dann nutzen, man wird vom Personal in Empfang genommen und man muss den Schlüssel seines Wagens dort lassen, womit ich ein großes Problem hatte. Vielleicht für viele auch ok, ich erwähne das , da es vielleicht Autobesitzer gibt, die genauso fühlen wie ich? Naja erwähnenswert ist vielleicht noch, dass das Personal beim frühstücken äußerst schnell mit dem abräumen ist! Ich hatte mein Müsli noch nicht fertig holte mir einen Kaffee, Müsli weg!! Dann wollte ich gerade den letzten Happen in den Mund schieben, kam die Dame erneut und fragte mich, ob Sie den Teller mitnehmen dürfte? Naja mir ist als Kind beigebracht worden, dass man mit vollem Mund nicht redet. Somit konnte ich so schnell keine Antwort geben. Die nachbarn mussten allerdings ein wenig schmunzeln!
