"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Très belle expérience. Emilie a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Un endroit que je recommande pour se déconnecter et se ressourcer! Bastien"

"De advertentie is niet up to date. Hanteren andere tarieven dan in advertentie en je moet voor vele zaken bijbetalen. Oa voor het wassen van kleren .. is niet in het huisjes zelf. Bij de incheck is er geen rondleiding… moet je borg betalen … dus binnen de 24h moet je alles opgemerkt en gaan zeggen hebben. Uitcheck blind… dus doen wat ze willen met je borg… De attractie op het meer is bijbetalen. De omgeving is wel prachtig en mooie uitstappen/ marktjes."

"Déjà la 2ème fois que nous venons entres amis , toujours aussi satisfait , et toujours aussi triste quand on part . Maison magnifique , spacieuse , les enfants comme les adultes y trouvent tout ce dont ils ont besoin, les alentours nous offrent de superbes balades , bref un lieu magnifique , dans un cadre idéal . "Bonita casa, con todo el encanto de una casa rural francesa, muy bien equipada y cómoda. Los espacios son amplios y con encanto. Pese a que hay otras casas de alquiler en la misma finca, no hay ruidos molestos y la zona es tan grande que tienes mucha intimidad. Los anfitriones muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La zona bonita y con bastantes atractivos turísticos. Ideal para ir con niños, ya que permite descansar en la piscina, correr y jugar sin peligro y hacer cosas con ellos muy cerca. Solo...

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."

"The hotel is located on the main street through the town. The room was modern and comfortable and located in b beautiful spot next to the Ariege river. Breakfast was a bit limited by a broken automatic coffee machine (the waitress brought us our coffee from another part of the restaurant) and a shortage of croissants, but this was far from serioius. Dinner in the Bellevue, below the hotel was passable, especially with a cheese plate and a glass of the local wine. What really bothered us was the noise from the motorcycles blasting through the center of the town, gunning their engines as they rounded the curve next to the hotel until well past evening -- a shame, as otherwise the hotel rated 5 stars. "
