The cafe and breakfast restaurant has open front to the lake and you can enjoy your breakfast in the open 2 meters from the lake. The cleaning was exceptionally good. There is no outdoor pool, just something to be aware of, but with immediate access to the lake this was not a problem. The only little recommendation we would have is for the hotel is...

"We had an amazing five days at Villa Isabella after a busy time in Firenze and Pisa. The location is superb, literally on the lakefront. Check in was easy and the underground parking a bonus - though as others have said - the spaces are VERY tight for anything above a mini or fiat 500. We had an Executive Room and breakfast Views of the lake were amazing and decent shower and balcony. Internet not great in that area of the hotel but it was better to stay in the real world and look at...
