Convenient facilities, however it’s chaos to get there as all the streets surrounding are in construction and there’s dirt, dust, sand and rocks everywhere, not that easy access by walking neither close from the central train station. There was one particular person from the staff who was very rude and not helpful at all and had to deal with them twice. The breakfast is good, comfortable bed, and clean.

Stayed for three nights on trip across Poland. Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed with a kettle and tea and coffee provided, which is always appreciated. The location was quite good being within walking distance of all the main tourist sites; although the hotel is not very close to any tram line or other public transport. Also the room is not serviced every day unless, for example, new towels are requested and on the occaision that these were asked for they were duely provided. Overall good value for money and would stay again.
