大変良かった。フロント の対応 レストランスタッフもフレンドリー ロケーションもcaveの横です。メインのレストラン以外にもcafes 軽食できるお店もあります。お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。おススメです。

Excelente opção pra quem quer visitar a caverna de Postojna e castelo de Prodjama. Estava vazio quando fui e a recepção fechou as 21:00 HS. Pelo nível do Hotel deveria ter atendimento 24 horas. Estacionamento longe da recepção. Tive dificuldade com as malas.

J'ai été très déçu par le restaurant, très cher, avec peu de choix, et avec un menu imposé. Il est obligatoire de prendre un menu complet, qui n'est pas forcement très bon, avec par exemple un plat végétarien chaud froid, sans doute mal décongelé ou réchauffé. Egalement, le parking extérieur à 10€, ca fait mal. Etant arrivé assez tard, je ne me suis pas posé la question. Ca ressemble à un attrape touriste!

Lovely hotel at the Postojna Caves
Beautiful hotel, clean and pleasant room; fairly small room. Friendly front desk staff. All guests required to register with passport at front desk. Excellent breakfast buffet. Stayed here with kids, visited the amazing caves just steps away from the hotel. Room did not have a mini fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Zuerst das Positive: Das Hotel hat natürlich eine super Lage. Es ist gut durchgestylt. Das betrifft sowohl die öffentlichen Bereiche als auch die Zimmer, die zudem über einen großen Balkon verfügen

Nice views but room not cool
Very nice hotel with beautiful view and very nice staff. However the air conditioning will not let u put it lower that 21c. Which was wayyyy to hit for us. There also was no sheet only a heavy comforter. So did not get good sleep. Also no shower. Large bathtub with a shower head you have to hold. Also parking is not free. Which was a big disappointment. The breakfast was very nice and staff very polite and helpful for information with tours.

Gutes Hotel
Gutes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Grotte. Fußboden im Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Sehr freundliches Personal. Üppiges Frühstück. Leider schon etwas teuer.

Wenn man nicht direkt über das Hotel bucht muss man für das Parken €10,- bezahlen. Dann wurden Zimmer mit €10,- verrechnet und einzelne gar nicht. Man wurde nicht angehört und sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Wir haben auch ein Zimmer mit Flussblick bezahlt €40 mehr und dann aber eines mit einen Baum vor dem Zimmer. Nicht zu empfehlen !!

Freundlicher Empfang mit speditivem Check-In, grosse saubere Zimmer, grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Bodenbelag auf der Terrasse passt nicht zum hochwertigen Erscheinungsbild der Anlage.

Great location and parking
Amazing experience at this hotel! Great location and convenient parking. I read other customers reviews about loud children... I didn't experience that at all. Nice and quiet and I slept like a baby. Loved proximity to cave and shops and restaurants.

Hotel ao lado da entrada da caverna
Ótima localização para quem vai visitar a caverna de Postojna, que por sinal é imperdível! Sitiado bem ao lado da entrada dela, o hotel conta com bar, restaurante e um excelente café da manhã. O staff é de primeiríssima qualidade, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Quarto amplo, com varanda e vista do rio. Muito bom mesmo.

A great family stay at this hotel over the Easter weekend. Great location right next to the amazing Postjama Caves. Friendly staff and good dining options, including breakfast buffet. Updated decor and very family/pet friendly.
