L’ esperienza peggiore della mia vita!! Hotel senza un minimo di organizzazione, sporco e polvere ovunque. L’acqua della piscina era verde, nella canale di scolo c’erano le piante Puntualmente a cena veniva persa l’ordinazione fatta al mattino, a volte mancavano i piatti a volte le posate, gente che si lamentava, gente che lasciava la sala alterata. Aria condizionata che non funzionava, doccia che perdeva. Dopo un temporale siamo stati senza elettricità per un giorno intero, lascio immaginare a voi il disagio, c erano secchi per raccogliere le perdite d acqua ovunque. Siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare l hotel. Vacanza rovinata!

Un disastro completo

L hotel è un disastro completo .volevamo scappare.come.qualcuno ha scritto non merita 4stelle tutto senza manutenzione impianto di aria condizionata inesistente del 1970.senza acqua calda per farsi la doccia al ritorno della spiaggia perchè finita! Lampadine bruciate e buio per entrare in camera anche pericoloso con pavimenti rotti gatti che circolano in sala.da.pranzo pulizia inesistente scarsa igiene.e chi più ne ha più ne metta.

Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war um 08:30 bereits fast leer, obwohl man bis 10:00 Uhr frühstücken konnte! Abendessen nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Straße zum Hotel ist eine Zumutung, besteht nur aus Schlaglöchern.

Personale stupendo e molto disponibile struttura molto accogliente, vista spettacolare, cibo eccellente e in abbondanza.. avevamo anche un cucciolo (thor) ed è stato accolto alla grande.. gli è stato portato addirittura la cena dallo chef.. sicuramente ci torneremo....

Maximiliano and Stefano were awesome! Super friendly, cordial and provided excellent information about the entire island!!! One thing though you need to be in pretty decent shape! Would not recommend it for people that are not in some aerobic shape!

Struttura mal gestita

Vista, tranquillita' della posizione , comodita' di parcheggio, area piscina, e il corpo centrale sono gli evidenti pregi di questo resort. Purtroppo poi si scoprono le note dolenti che rendono amara la delusione, in contrasto con la prima impressione d'insieme. Se si escludono le suite nel corpo centrale, peraltro non certo economiche, le altre camere invece... be' lasciamo perdere, piccole, scomode, vetuste o appena superficialmente rinfrescate fanno venire la tristezza e la voglia di andarsene, considerato il prezzo incomprensibilmente troppo alto richiesto, tanto da far chiedere quale sia il criterio, se non quello del "tanto e' l'Elba e qualcuno che paga lo stesso si trova sempre". Si vedano le foto qui allegate. Se poi si vuol far credere che in pieno 2021 le foto sui siti di prenotazione online piu' usati al mondo siano eufemisticamente "fuorvianti" perche' postate da qualche alieno che si diverte a fare scherzi ai turisti, be'..allora alla delusione si unisce la rabbia per l'evidente presa in giro, sempre eufemisticamente parlando. La strada di accesso al resort e' in pessime condizioni anche per l'Elba, la struttura e' si' in bella posizione ma anche scomoda per i bagagli per via dei molti scalini senza che l'impassibile personale della Reception proponga spontaneamente aiuto, la colazione al buffet e' appena discreta ma niente di piu'. Ignoto il livello del ristorante perche' non provato temendo un'altra cocente delusione. Cortese il personale di sala.

Einer unserer schrecklichsten Hotelaufenthalte

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes plüschiges Hotel, war mit sicherheit in den 80igern ein Renner. Seither wurde bis auf die Bäder nix mehr renoviert. Die Straße dorthin ist ein Erlebnis wert eigentlich mehr für SUV zu erreichen, ein A4 hat sich die komplette Front abgerissen. Ich möchte aber hier nicht dem Hotel die Schuld für unseren Aufenhalt geben sondern Hotels.com die eigentlich die Bilder kontrollieren sollte, denn die passen hinten und vorne nicht zum jetzigen Zustand. Bin sehr enttäuscht umd werde in Zukunft auch nei diesem Anbieter nicjts mehr buchen

L’hôtel et le jardin sont propres. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. L’hôtel est situé en hauteur, avec une superbe vue. Cependant, l’accès à l’hôtel se fait par une montée/pente qui est dans un état tout simplement désastreux, des trous et des bosses tout le long du chemin menant à l’hôtel, ayez le dos et les roues de voiture solides. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui est heureusement gratuit car il est très restreint, croissants, gâteaux et fruits (ananas/pastèque). Les chambres quant à elles ne sont pas similaires aux photos. Le séjour fut agréable mais l’hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles...

Personale cortese e disponibile ma struttura che ha visto tempi migliori, anche se tutto sommato è accettabile e ben posizionata. Purtroppo l'ultimo pezzo di strada per arrivarci è distrutto e ti passa la voglia di tornarci.

Buon soggiorno ma...

Resort molto grande e staff molto gentile e disponibile, bella piscina e la sala relax. Sono stati anche molto gentili al check out proponendoci di rimanere per godere ancora della piscina ( con uso docce e cabine) fino alla nostra partenza.Peccato che per essere un 4 stelle è un po’ trascurato: per quanto riguarda la stanza la vasca da bagno presentava sul silicone nei bordi della muffa ed anche il lavandino. Il mini frigo era sporco di “sugo” all’ interno. Per quanto riguarda la struttura è piena di confort ma alcune cose sono da ristrutturare, come ad esempio i campi da tennis che sembrano addirittura abbandonati.. Altra pecca è stato il tempo del servizio a cena, c’erano persone al dolce mentre altri, come noi, dovevamo ancora ordinare il primo piatto.... Nel complesso comunque ci siamo trovati bene, solo da migliorare per le stelle che porta l’hotel.

C'est un bel endroit avec une magnifique vue.

C'est un bel endroit. Bien caché, il offre une superbe perspective sur la mer. Les chambres offrent un bon confort. Le personnel est des plus charmant Y passer quelques jours est synonyme de détente et farniente autour d'une grande piscine.

Oasi di pace, raggiungibile però da una strada impervia e con parecchie buche. Ottimo per ricaricarsi dopo una giornata caotica in spiaggia, personale gentile. Camera confortevole ma da migliorare sotto l'aspetto della cura e della pulizia della stessa. Comunque... un bel ricordo.
