Amazing facility (not adapted for disabled people due to many stones steps) with very clean and huge swimming pool. Access to the beach is quiet far 20mn walk.

Beautiful place, beach is amazing and the residence set up is very pretty. Personnel was also nice and caring. Things to be improved are the facilities: We found the room pretty dirty, with small bits of trash and hair around. There was no soap, shampoo nor trash bags, which you would expect for this price level.

MARINA DI SANTA GIULLIA

Séjour 1ère semaine d'octobre. Le site est bien aménagé et arboré, ce qui a pour effet de ne jamais voir où être vu des voisins. Nous avions un logement, très calme, tout en haut du site ce qui nous permettait de découvrir la baie de Santa Giullia (je vous laisse imaginer !) Les personnes de l'accueil sont charmantes ainsi que l'épicier ! Nous conservons l'adresse !

Struttura in posizione meravigliosa a pochi passi (nel mio caso che ho soggiornato in Villa Superior 1 stanza near the beach) dalla stupenda Spiaggia di Santa Giulia. Personale all’accoglienza estremamente professionale, disponibile e cordiale (un plauso particolare) si sa che il primo impatto spesso determina le recensioni e devo dire che è stato veramente positivo. Alloggio pulito e con tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, tostapane, forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, climatizzatore, televisione, clima … insomma c’è veramente tutto) adiacente alla reception c’è anche un bar, un piccolo supermercato, una pizzeria anche da asporto) adiacente alla spiaggia ci sono ben 4 ristoranti per ogni palato. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Bel emplacement proche de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine mi-aout (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et dans l'ensemble le logement était bien situé, à 900 m de la plage. Par contre, il n'y a pas eu de place de parking attribué au logement donc c'était compliqué de se garer à côté du logement surtout si on ne rentre pas tôt de la plage et si on voulait sortir le soir au restaurant. On sent qu'il s'agit là d'une résidence qui accueille énormément de touristes. Si on aime le calme, c'est loupé. Côté logement, il est clair que le sol n'est absolument pas nettoyé donc ne pas hésiter à porter des chaussons sinon on a vite les pieds noirs. Les tiroirs dans la partie cuisine n'étaient pas bien nettoyés, quel dommage. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, je pense qu'on aurait pu avoir de meilleures prestations. Malgré ces remarques, nous avons passé un excellent séjour mais il ne fallait pas une semaine de plus.

Très chouette endroit

La propreté n’était pas « parfaite » mais très convenable. La vue est exceptionnelle ! Le personnel est GÉNIAL, il mérite même un 6/5 ! Et il y a à disposition tout ce dont on pourrais avoir besoin. La piscine est super chouette.

Bon rapport qualité prix en hors saison

Résidence très bien située, avec un accès direct à la plage Santa Giulia. Seul bémol, piscine assez loin (600m environ)

J'ai eu la chance d être très près de la plage pas besoin de prendre ma voiture mais en revanche un petit chemin avec d enormes marches en pierre pour accéder à ma villa. Âgée et ayant des problèmes de marche, c était douloureux et dangereux
