Enjoy an exceptional and relaxing view in a heavenly setting. New house classified 4 stars, located in the bay of Palombaggia, overlooking the beaches within walking distance. Offers a panoramic view of the bay, its islands and Sardinia. Spacious and welcoming, composed of a large living room, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen. Covered terraces with outdoor furniture and relaxation to take full advantage of this natural setting.
Rental from June to September.
Preference for responsible family and friends, parties / events

Maison ideale au calme sans vis à vis pour une famille de 5 à 6 personnes à 10' à pied d'une plage magnifique et 20' de palompagia.Très bon restaurant juste en dessous et commerces à 15' en voiture.Un grand merci à Elodie pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils.

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet location with short distances to some of the best beaches on Corsika this is the villa to choose. The villa is perfect for a familly or a small group of friends. Everything was well kept and clean. Communication was easy and friendly. Un balcone sul mare

La vista sul mare si apre meravigliosa per catturare gli occhi e l'anima e i profumi della macchia mediterranea ti inebriano. La casa si trova in una posizione fantastica sia per godere del panorama che per raggiungere a piedi le bellissime spiagge di: Folaca (la nostra preferita a 600 metri esatti a piedi dalla porta d'ingresso della casa); altrimenti parcheggio praticamente in spiaggia a 10 euro al gg (pagamento contanti o carta nello snack bar) Tamaricciu Acciaghju Palombaggia (il percorso per raggiungerla a piedi dentro la pineta a partire dalla Folaca è bellissimo). La casa è moderna e dotata di ogni comfort (3 bagni di cui due direttamente in camera, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, induzione, forno elettrico, frigo doppio, aria condizionata, aspirapolvere, smart tv, wifi. Consiglio l'adattatore per le prese francesi). Lo spazio interno è ampio, ben distribuito e le maxi porte finestra permettono di godere della splendida vista anche dall'interno. L'esterno (dotato di barbecue elettrico) è bellissimo con una grande veranda dove si può cenare con vista mare e una zona dotata di lettini dove rilassarsi. Nelle vicinanze vari ristoranti (non provati). Il supermercato più vicino (molto ordinato, pulito e ben fornito) è uno Spar. Pessimo il Geant Casino che si trova un po' più lontano. Boulangerie Pierre Mallaroni in direzione Porto Vecchio: ottime paste e pane. Scoperto purtroppo solo il giorno del rientro. Ristoranti provati: Palm beach - pranzo

Très belle vue, logement très confortable

Superbe endroit, tout près de la plage Palombaggia, vue magnifique sur la mer. Proche de Bonifacio, mais un peu éloigné des sites de cascades. Logement spacieux, lumineux, propre. Dommage pas de zone d’ombre pour la voiture, et très peu de produits de première nécessité à l’arrivée (sopalin, savon, ..).

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus gewesen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, sodass wir viele Strände zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. 😊

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Lage hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Das Haus ist modern und geräumig. Toll, dass es auch zu jedem Schlafzimmer 1 Badezimmer gibt. Das ist sehr angenehm und komfortabel! Die Einrichtung war gut und alles war vorhanden, außer Waschmaschine war sogar ein Wäschetrockner vorhanden. Die Ausstattung könnte aber noch liebevoller sein, d. h. es wäre schön gewesen, noch Sitzkissen / Auflagen für die Stühle und Liegen auf der Terrasse zu haben. Und Fliegengitter, zumindest an den kleinen Fenstern, gegen die Mücken wären super, damit man abends frische Luft reinlassen kann. Sachen, die nicht funktionierten, wurden vor Ort noch behoben (Danke an Elodie / Christelle!) Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Danke für alles!!! :)

La maison de rêve pour des vacances en famille

Vue exceptionnelle , emplacement idéal pour profiter de très belles plages (8 mns à pied pour la plus proche ). Très belle maison très agréable à vivre , super bien agencée et équipée avec une très grande terrasse toujours ombragée . Nous avons passé un séjour magique en famille , largement facilité par la disponibilité , la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la conciergerie sur place . Nous n’avons qu’une envie ..y retourner !

Beautiful Corsica

Lovely house with a very beautiful view. The house is very comfortable and perfect for going to the beach. Beach access is an easy walk, and the beach itself is beautiful. There are several restaurants nearby and on the beach which served great food. We had a very relaxing holiday. We loved it here.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!

Neues Haus an wunderschöner und ruhiger Lage mit grossartiger Meersicht. Die Strände von Folaca und Tamaricciu sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant Costa Marina gleich nebenan. Einfach perfekt für ruhige Badeferien (wir waren die ersten zwei Septemberwochen dort, in der Hauptsaison ist es wohl etwas stark bevölkert)

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus 😊

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle in der Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Tagsüber haben wir zu Fuß die Buchten besucht und nachts konnten wir das Rauschen der Wellen hören - ein Traum. Das Haus liegt zentral zu allen 3 tollen Stränden und dennoch hat man das Gefühl, man wäre allein. Ruhe pur!!! Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit 🥰 Liebe Grüße Melanie & Thomas

Beautiful Villa in the Perfect Location

Views views views! It was a beautiful home looking down to a breathtaking view of Porto Vecchio. We had a lovely week stay with our two daughters (age 6&8). Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The internet isn’t great but you are on vacation so maybe that’s a good thing :) Great communication with the property managers.

Traumhafte, ruhige aber nicht einsame Lage mit Panoramablick auf die Bucht. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz. Strand gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen!

FABULEUX

La maison de Marie-Rose est sublime. Elle dispose d’une vue panoramique sur la plus belle plage de Corse. Toutes les chambres ont vue mer. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons séjourné avec nos filles de 3 et 5 ans et avec les parents de mon mari. Chacun avait son espace et la maison convient très bien aux jeunes enfants. Vous êtes à 10 min à pied de Taramicciu et 20 min à pied de Palombaggia. Il y a de plus de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité. L’emplacement est parfait. Tout était parfait! Nous n’avons qu’une hâte: y revenir très vite!!
