Logement
Le logement est correct bien situé avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Il y a un fer à repasser mais pas la table. Pas d aspirateur ni de sèche cheveux. Pas d adaptateur TV donc 1 seule chaîne locale émissions en boucle. Cafetière à changer et bien fermer le réfrigérateur qui peut se rouvrir. Pas de hotte aspirante
Le linge de toilette peu suffisant pour 2 semaines. 2 oreillers propres sur 4 et uniquement 2 taies. Alèse pas niquel. Mériterait d être changée.
Personne de l agence ni à l accueil pour nous accueillir logement difficile à trouver. Pas de clés comme prévu dans la bte à clé perdu plus de 2h à attendre. Apparemment vols au sein du hameau pourtant privé puisque le Kdo de l agence soit disant déposé sur la terrasse pour dédommagement des clés n y était pas.
Personne non plus pour venir récupérer les clés nous devons les déposer dans la boîte à clés. Déposées avant 9h n y étaient plus pour la femme de ménage qui devait les récupérer avant 10h. Peut être que les vacanciers après nous les ont récupérées avant l heure. Pas de confirmation de la bonne réception des chèques caution et taxe de séjour déposés ds la bte aux lettres de l agence chèques sans ordre pas rassurant
Bref le sérieux de l agence est limite pour de la location saisonnière c est plus pratique d être présent même le weekend. Même si les personnes par tel sont aimables et joignables par tel.
Malgré tout je conseille ce studio avec terrasse agréable et sans voisin c est calme et tranquille.

Très beau séjour dans une résidence paisible
Résidence idéalement située, 1min de marche jusqu'à la plage donnant sur la baie de Santa Giulia. Endroit calme, logement propre et adéquat pour un couple.
