"Familien mit Kindern so bis 14 Jahren kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten, dafür ist die Anlage perfekt. Für Teenager eher wenig geeignet. Die Anlage ist super angelegt, sauber, direkt am Strand und für Hunde auch bestens geeignet. Der eintige Nachteil für uns war, das man immer sehr weit fahren muss um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ansonsten war alles Top! Kleiner Tip, der Beste Supermarkt in der Umgebung ist der IperLando in Rossolina."

"Die Wohnungen R5 ist sehr schlecht geputzt gewesen, kaputte Gartenstühle, Besteck und Gläser nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen, keine Pfannen, alles riecht sehr alt und Dusche voller Schimmel, Außenanlage sehr unordentlich, Kinderdisco viel zu spät und zu laut (keine angenehme Lautstärke, sowieso für Kinder), Poolanlage soweit in Ordnung, Animation Mädels nicht besonders motiviert, jedoch hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach freien Liegen am Pool. Genügend Parkplätze. Toll das es eine Bar gibt, wo man...

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, toller Service seitens des Vermieters! Einmal in der Woche kam sogar eine Reinigungskraft, die die Wohnung gereinigt hat und die neu bezogen hat. Statt des Backofens war eine kleine Spülmaschine eingebaut, was uns super gefallen hat. Sehr gerne wieder!was "

"We were six adults and spent seven nights at Elfi's wonderful apartment in downtown Sottomarina and it was all around perfect! - The location is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood, a supermarket is across the street, the beach is 5 min by foot, a tennis court and an arcade are 5 min by foot, the old town is 15min by foot etc. Plenty of gelato places and restaurants nearby. The apartment goes out back so even though it's not high up and by a lively street, what we could hear of the street...

"leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine...

"Clean apartment and nice location but didn’t expect with towels, bedsheets or toiletries not included have to pay extra for it. Guess that should write down on the website, but after communicating with the owner and they didn’t charge us extra for it. Otherwise overall it would be fine. "

"Convenient for access by boat, less so for other public transport. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, best location in Chioggia. Limited menu for full meals but many restaurants locally (you must like seafood in Chioggia)."

"The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. Animations for the kids were every evening and the Animators did a good job. On saturday evening there was a band, who played Songs od the 80's. It was cool! All in all a well-organized host."
