高級住宅地のホテル
中心部から離れていますが静かでスタッフの対応も素晴らしいです 駅からは五分くらい 街の中心部へは一本で行けます

ホテル自体は不足ないけれど、観光客には不便な立地。 レンタカーがあっても観光には不便でちょっと後悔しました。 移動はチェックイン後タクシーを使っていたが思った以上に中心から離れている。 仕事でならまた利用したいと思う。

場所は不便だが、リーゾナブルで快適なステイ。
地下の有料駐車場は、何度も出し入れＯＫ。広くて快適な部屋。センターからは少し遠く、車で移動した。サッカースタジアムのすぐ側。

街の中心部から少し離れた郊外型ホテル。
透明ガラスを基調とした現代風建築で、歴史的遺産としてのポルトのイメージとは別世界。一見してアメリカのホテルのようだが、内装やレストランは充実。但し、家族旅行や観光用には無機的過ぎる。

清潔度、快適度も問題なしでした。当初Wifiがつながりませんでしたが、すぐに対応してもらえました。満足しました。

Pas si exceptionnel !
Une simple arrivée sans aucune attention, ambiance froide. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, contemporaines et propres. Bonne literie.Merci pour les bouteilles d’eau offertes. Pour cette catégorie il est nécessaire de proposer dans la chambre du vrai café et un miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain. Par rapport aux prix des chambres l’accès piscine 20€ et l’accès parking 25€ devraient être inclus. Dommage bruits de la circulation et du trafic aérien.

Disappointing discussion about the pool usage
Dear follower, please make sure, if you book a pool in the Hotel, you'll not get it for free! A little disappointing that there was no word in the reservation.

Hotel facilities are new and modern but team lacks an excellent, customer-friendly 24-hr concierge service. Getting a taxi at night is difficult because of the inconvenient location of the hotel (quite far from Major thouroughfare) and nobody is around in lobby to help. They advise clients to take Uber!

Service and staff very helpful. BUT I had so many issues with my room. I was in a special needs room. First night I arrived. No TV remote control.Thermostat not working and no mini fridge in my room. Called and they sent up someone from maintance. Brought in a mini fridge. Worked on the thermostat and was going to send a TV remote the following morning Day 2- got up and found fridge leaking… all the special food I bought because of my dietary restriction had to be thrown out. TV control I had to call back in the evening and it was then sent up. Then the iron and ironing board were missing in my room. Called and one was sent up. Day 3 .. That night Thermostat still an issue called front desk and was told that the maintenance staff comes in at 8 a m and will be sent up. And they did send someone. Day 4 . I was out on a tour in the morning. Due to lack of sleep because of the room temperature came back to the hotel for a nap mid afternoon. My room was not fine. When I called front desk they said that I had a do not disturb sign!! ( which I believe I did not have but asked for it to be done up. Post dinner and tour upon our return to the hotel around 9.30pm my room was still not made up. Someone was then sent up to have it done. Upon check out I spoke to the staff in charge since the manager was not in. They had noted all my calls and issues. But said there’s nothing they can do . I should write to them.Sad. No issues at the other 3 hotels I stayed all at.
