Rua Miguel Bombarda is a modern cultural hub, blending art with innovation. You will find shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, bookshops, retro-cool furniture stores, alternative décor shops, design, fashion, music, and the famous art galleries.
You will be just 500m from Palácio de Cristal, with its stunning gardens and magnificent views over the Douro River. You can also visit the Romantic Museum or the Soares dos Reis Museum.
Approximately 1km away, you will find Avenida dos Aliados, Mercado do Bolhão, Rua de Santa Catarina, and Rua das Flores.

House Rules
The tenant agrees to allow a team member, when requested by the host, to enter the property for inspection purposes. Monthly visits are scheduled for this purpose.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
Late check-out: If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. If you stay beyond the check-out time without authorisation, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
Lost key policy: If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be applied (to be confirmed). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and requires technical intervention, the cost will be determined on request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest.
We offer a transfer service that will take you straight to the apartment! Just ask us for the price.
