The staff here was incredibly wonderful, they helped us schedule tours and shared all kinds of great local info. They booked our winery tours for us in Douro Valley, gave us much appreciated info about the local area the subway system and spots to get off and explore. They had an underground parking, a fabulous bar and restaurant! We want to thank Paulo the bartender for all of his amazing info and fabulous attention to us! He was always always smiling and remembered our names, and treated us daily! Told us great info about restaurants and wine and Porto, shared many fun stories and was the true ambassador of the hotel. Very professional and genuinely friendly, we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him at the end of everyday! Thanks Paulo for making our stay an off the charts experience! The breakfast was also a wonderful addition and the location was perfect. A four or five block walk to the subway system into Porto, with a quick 20 minute ride very easy to navigate and most importantly very safe. We’ll be back God willing!

Excelente Hotel cerca del centro de Oporto y la playa de Matosinhos. Camadas cómodos, sábanas de lujo, baño muy bonito, TV con pantalla enorme, desayuno espectacular y cafetera y tetera en la habitación. Me encanto el detalle de galletas en la habitación. Volveré seguro

Maravilhoso! Desde a limpeza ao café da manhã, passando pela recepção, tudo perfeito! Vc se sente acolhido desde a chegada até seu último momento no hotel, no qual se oferecem, inclusive, para guardar as malas, caso se faça necessário. Todas as pessoas que atendem no cafe são ótimas, super simpáticas, mas meu carinho especial ficou para Hioulanda, que foi extremamente amorosa, prestativa e gentil comigo. Certamente se voltar à região minha morada de turista será o Four Points: aconchegante, cheiroso, com ótimos produtos de higiene e com a delicadeza de fornecer garrafa de água grátis diariamente! Isso sem falar que é literalmente ao lado de um mercado de bom porte. Simplesmente adorei meus dias lá! Obrigada a toda a equipe Four Points.

It’s a great place and perfect location. Only a couple little things. There was no shampoo—we had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner. I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. Also, there’s a door hanger to order breakfast. You’re supposed to put it on your door by 11:30pm. We did that. They took it. We never got our breakfast. Apparently it was never ordered. I guess there’s an additional process that wasn’t explained. We had given our card to the front desk for it. So not sure. But first world problems. We will totally stay here again. The staff was really nice.

What a find! Staff from the minute we entered until we checked out were incredible. Great service and food at restaurant. One block to beach. Only downside was the shower needed a good cleaning!

Moderno e confortável.
Excelente a nossa estadia. Hotel perto da praia, ao lado de supermercado e confeitaria. Hotel bem moderno tanto na decoração como nas facilidades como usb para carregar celular. De cortesia oferecem água no quarto e uns deliciosos biscoitos com formas de peixes (a zona onde fica o hotel era de grandes armazéns de conservas de sardinha).

Great find. Excellent helpful staff.
Lovely hotel with great welcoming staff. Ideal for visiting Porto without the expense of staying there. No 500 bus regular & cheap runs until midnight. Great fish restaurants close by. Best atmosphere in hotel bar we've experienced in a long time. Understand good for Porto airport too.
