O hotel é bem confortável, novo e a estrutura é muito boa, mas isso tudo era o esperado pelo preço da diária e pela expectativa de ser do grupo Fasano. Mas o serviço não condiz com isso, muito ruim para um hotel desse nível . Na hora do café da manhã erraram no pedido de omelete da minha esposa ao invés de trazer bem cozido com tomate e cebola, veio cru e com presunto?? Como viemos com carro 100% elétrico, na hora do check-in solicitamos que carregasse o carro para que pudéssemos ter autonomia para chegar num carregador ultra-rápido no meio do trajeto de volta para casa. Mas quando fizemos o check out, descobrimos que o carro não tinha sido carregado nada, comprometendo muito a nossa viagem de retorno . Isso é inadmissível já que no momento da reserva já tínhamos solicitado carregador para veículos elétricos e nos avisaram que tinham.

O lugar é fantástico, porém, necessitam ajustes.

Fomos a primeira vez em casal e nos encantamos, menos de um mês depois voltamos com nosso filho para curtir alguns dias das férias. O hotel é excelente, com café da manhã delicioso e garçons extremamente atenciosos. Contudo, há falhas na comunicação sobre reservas e certa preferência por convidados e eventos em detrimento dos hóspedes. Atualmente, o hotel conta basicamente com duas atrações principais: a piscina de ondas e a aquecida. A de ondas é fria e o surfe é cobrado à parte (sessões a partir de R$ 960/hora), restando apenas a aquecida para quem busca descanso e lazer. Em nossa última visita, levando nosso filho para se divertir, só conseguimos aproveitar a piscina aquecida por um único dia, já que, sem aviso prévio na reserva, houve um evento da Amazon Prime que restringiu o uso da piscina aquecida por um dia e meio — metade da nossa estadia. Com isso, ficamos sem qualquer opção de lazer para nosso filho de 7 anos, que sequer podia utilizar a hidromassagem do spa com a gente por conta da idade. O mais frustrante foi que, ao questionarmos na véspera sobre eventos no hotel, fomos informados da interdição e até convidados a participar. Porém, no dia seguinte, ao tentarmos acessar o evento, foi nos avisado que o convite havia sido equivocado e que não poderíamos acessar o local, o que foi bem constrangedor. Inaceitável. Adoramos a estadia, hotel novinho, com profissionais bastante educados e prestativos. Comida maravilhosa. Único ponto negativo eh o fato do clube não permitir pets. Deveriam ao menos dedicar um pequeno espaço para que possamos curtir com nossos filhotes de 4 patas.
