Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. Feces in entrance. Excess trash around property. No parking in safe area for renter. Did not stay at property. Did not feel safe. This property was chosen because the first VRBO property host cancelled 3 days before arrival. This was more expensive and not honestly advertised. VRBO gave us a list of properties to look at and never heard from them again, after several calls and emails. Also, did not receive our matching refund from 1st host canceling.
