Apt. Portolano, Studio apartment within a residential complex that, thanks to it's position, it enjoys a splendid view of the Bay of Mola, that is only 200 mt. from the house. From the covered veranda you can admire the multi colored shades of blue that the sea takes on, in the different hours of the day. If you have an animal friend, if you have a boat, I strongly recommend this apartment to you as it is 200 mt from a dog beach and 400 mt from a mooring boat site, the beach of Lido, the biggest ancient village of Capoliveri, is only 3 minutes by car.
Porto Azzurro, is only 800 mt. away, and is reachable by foot along the provincial road.
The apartment is furnished in a very simple style but functional and is composed of an entrance with kitchen area, living room with a double sofa bed, loft with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, covered veranda with sea view, parking space.

sauber und einfach

es gab immer wieder erneute Diskussionen über weitere Zahlungen. die Treppe in der Wohnung war für mich schwierig, ich bin sehbehindert. ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. der Blick auf die Mola Bucht ist toll. auch abends ist die Sicht auf Capoliverie sehr schön.
