The Space:

This is the private 315 side of a classic NE Portland duplex. The 317 side is a separate apartment with its own entrance and is not part of this reservation, so your group has private use of the 315 living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and basement laundry.



Inside, the home has a bright living room, a dining area, a full kitchen with dishwasher, three queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, fast WiFi, Smart TV, central heat and AC, and in-unit washer/dryer in the basement.



The layout is spread across levels: living/dining/kitchen on the main level, bedrooms upstairs, and laundry in the basement. Stairs are part of the stay.



You're close to the Mississippi, Alberta, and MLK dining corridors, with food carts, coffee, groceries, bars, and local shops nearby.

The Neighborhood:

Talk about location! This area is often referred to as Foodie Row. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from two of Portland's hottest streets, Alberta and MLK. The neighborhood is brimming with shops and restaurants where you can easily lose track of time. You’ll even find a unique coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus! If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you’ll need a couple of days to explore everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This neighborhood offers easy access to nearby dining and shops along Alberta Street and the surrounding blocks. A pleasant, walkable area with a strong local feel.



🚌 Bus — Multiple TriMet bus lines serve the area, including Route 4 (Fessenden) on Williams/Vancouver and Route 24 (Fremont), with frequent service to downtown (~15 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car or a quick MAX Red Line connection from nearby stations.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests
