The Space:

Nestled perfectly between the vibrant Hawthorne commercial area and the charming, historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful homes, this studio apartment presents a well-thought-out design. The sleeping area is a cozy, tucked-away platform. You'll find a mini-split system for climate control, along with stainless steel appliances. The apartment also features lovely nine-foot ceilings and large windows, promising a comfortable stay. The compact kitchen includes a Keurig machine, microwave and basics for cooking. It includes nice cabinetry, a 4K HDTV, and shared-property Wi-Fi. Even though it's compact, the space is designed to give you plenty of room to relax after a day of discovering Portland.



Guest Access:

This private ground-floor micro-apartment is yours, with no shared interior living spaces. It is part of the SE 25th Towers property, and basement laundry/common property areas are shared.

There are 2 steps to the exterior front door, and the bed platform is elevated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already set up. If anything comes up, we're a quick message away.



The Neighborhood:

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, get messy with wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.



Portland isn't just for foodies; the vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park atop a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city.



Getting Around:

🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car or a quick MAX + bus connection.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
