Welcome to our sweet n’ cozy attached but very private studio apartment fully equipped with a luxurious iComfort king bed, fully stocked bathroom and kitchen spaces, and a comfortable seating area with a large high definition flat screen smart TV with a Roku. Guests have private access to the apartment and a small, exclusive, bright patio.

The space is perfect for folks visiting family/friends in the area, small families looking to explore Sellwood’s irresistible family-friendly charm, solo adventures/ couples looking for a cozy sanctuary, or business travelers interested in a quiet place to wind down.

The astounding natural beauty of the PNW inspires the decor of the space, and many guests comment on its exceptionally homey vibe (we think due to the happy plants and natural light.) We are conveniently tucked away around the corner from the hustle and bustle of one of Sellwood’s main “downtown” areas, but the space still maintains tranquility and peacefulness. An easily accessible home base!

Perfect Little Getaway in Sellwood

Fabulous place to spend a few nights as we were getting our college student moved in to their place a few blocks away. Perfect spot to unwind and get to explore the darling surrounding neighborhood. The place was equipped with everything you could possibly need and walking distance from markets, food trucks, antique stores, coffee shops. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Excellent location and space

Hosts were helpful and accommodating, kitchen well-outfitted, plenty of towels and supplies, space was private with nice private patio as well. Excellent bakery, restaurants, game shop, groceries, local boutiques all within a few blocks. We especially appreciated the bikes/helmets/lock available for use, the large living room table perfect for board games, and off-street parking space. Would stay here again!

Perfect location

I’m so happy I chose to stay here. The place is conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, cute updated furnishings, cleanly and comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. Superb location

This is a wonderful, cozy little spot. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and well equipt. I stayed here with a friend while using it as home base to visit family and friends. Didn't cook, but appreciated the kettle for tea, and the fridge for keeping snacks. I plan to stay here again in late summer.

Wonderful Weekend

We were in town to visit friends and this place was perfect for my wife and I. The place was very well appointed for our needs. Close to the Grand Central Bakery and New Season's Market was a bonus. We also love neighborhoods around Moreland/Sellwood. We would definitely stay here again. The host's were very responsive in our communications, but we really didn't need anything during our stay.

The property was gorgeous. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were very helpful and the instructions for everything were clear. It was a walks away to whatever you needed in Sellwood too. 6/5 stars and will definitely recommend and come back.

College Visiting in Portland

This place exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable and such a sweet and well curated space. The kitchen had everything one could want for a vacation rental. We love the location. Studio Apartment with some private outdoors space.

Quaint and enjoyable property and neighborhood.

This was the perfect place for my stay! Small, yet so comfortable. A complete, studio space with comfy couches and a large bed. The kitchen also was complete for me, with tea bags and coffee available, along with a microwave and toaster oven. Though I packed my own toiletries, everything was there if you didn't bring your own. Xica was great to deal with and offered to fix the loose shower handle, which wasn't necessary during my stay. But I still appreciated the offer and transparency. Highly recommend!

Cozy Getaway

Safe, cozy, and equipped with everything you'll need. Water filter available in fridge. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Great location. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. Communication could improve on the app, which is why I give this 4 stars. I did not hear from the hosts after confirming the trip and received Vrbo access information less than 24 hours from arrival date. Not hearing or receiving confirmation made us a little nervous, but eventually we received 1 notification with access details.
