Enjoy exclusive access to the entire place during your stay! Additionally, you’ll have access to ample free street parking for added convenience throughout your visit.

It is more than easy to get around walking, biking, electric scooters (average about $5 per ride), and using Ubers/Lyfts.

* Please NO SHOES on the carpet. Cleaning charges may apply.
* Please NO SMOKING/VAPING. Cleaning charges may apply.
* Pets are allowed.
* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, so please be mindful of your noise levels. Any parties held at the home or loud events will result in an automatic $100 fine or more.
* If you break any furniture or appliances, please report it immediately.
* No unregistered guests allowed.
* Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
* Please respect check-in and check-out times.
* Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that *exceed the security deposit.
* Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
* Please do your dishes.
* No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
* Please leave the home the way you would leave your own home.
* If the home is left dirtier than normal, you may be charged an extra cleaning fee.
* Please respect the noise curfew. Noise must not exceed legal limits between 10 PM and 7 AM to abide with Portland City Title 18 Noise Control. Devices that cause noise disturbances are prohibited, especially on quiet hours. Noise should not be audible in other dwellings.
* Commercial events (parties, meetings, etc.) are not allowed.
* No commercial photography allowed.
* 8 guests maximum.
* Please make sure to recycle and dispose of garbage properly in the right containers. If it is found that all items are put in the trash and no recycling was separated, then extra charges may apply; see below for details.
*Blue Bin - Recycling - plastic bottles, cans, paper and cardboard. EXCEPT NO Pizza boxes. No plastic garbage bags either.
*Yellow Bin - Glass only
*Gray Bin - Trash - Everything else
*Green Bin - Nothing should go in this one
