"Breakfast was great! Parking was adequate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not know that there was no elevator or that we were on the 3rd floor. We made it, but for some it would have been more difficult. I chose by room and was not aware of the 3rd floor location, so it would be good to be clearer about the location. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Overall stay was good. The clock alarm went off at 6 am. I never thought of checking to see if the alarm clock was set...just assumed it wasn't. Walking distance to Old Port and good restaurants. Beds/bedding was ok. Staff was friendly. I'd stay again."

"I think the breakfast could open earlier like 6 I thin the charge for parking for guests is a ripoff. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right. "When I booked my stay I was under the impression that there was breakfast and there wasn't which wasn't ideal for traveling with kids and when I asked for a wash cloth the person didn't know what a wash cloth was and just gave me a towel and he was upset that I took his time from his phone. Then my son got sick and I needed new sheets when I asked for a fresh sheet I was told I had to wait for the morning which ment I had to sleep on a bed with no sheets. I have stayed in many other places and this place was one of the worst places I've ever been to the only thing I enjoyed was the location "

"The hotel was clean and in a great spot. The staff was helpful. I was disappointed in some of the tech. You are asked to text to retrieve your car. Our car was “not recognized by the system”. We also were unable to cast to the TV in our room with a streaming app. The service kept on recognizing an adjacent room. We called the helpline but they could not resolve the issue. "
