"I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up. When I complained at the desk, they told me that the heater was broken. Don’t believe it for a second. Everything was cold. The heat coming out of the radiators cold, the stone surrounding the pool, freezing cold. They didn’t have the heat on because they weren’t busy. Didn’t take much to figure that one out. They put the heat on for the pool Thursday night and it was a little better Friday morning, but that’s because they were fully booked because of a hockey tournament. Cannot recommend and would never stay again. The breakfast is a joke. As a retired travel agent of 35 years probably one of the least liked hotels I’ve ever stayed in."

"The room was okay. For the price it’s not what i thought it would be. The pictures are similar but its more like a MOTEL then a Hotel. The lobby is modern and very beautiful. I slept like a baby very comfortable. The motel could be better. "
