Had a wonderful and relaxing experience, and very comfortable for families. Lots to do for kids of all ages. Very easy walk to a large picturesque beach with a backdrop of cliffs. Only one blip with maintenance and hot water. The staff were always kind and helpful.

Hi . I’m not pleased with my stay. I asked for a partial refund being that I was there for the first day. And I was declined. I told them my situation that my flight got cancelled and I feel it was unfair to not be accommodated and to be charged for a day I wasn’t able to be there.

The worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to… the bathroom was dirty when we arrived.. hair and stains in the tub. Got it cleaned but tub was just stained and filthy permanently stains on the floor too. Everything about this hotel is dingy..elevators, bathrooms, floors, towels, glasses all just look used beyond their time. The “all inclusive” food is cafeteria food… disgusting. Burgers, hotdogs, asked for a late night bite and they only had ham sandwhiches from behind the reception. Literally not at all worth the money. Drinks so Sugary all you can drink is champagne or wine. Can’t stress enough how dingy and run down the rooms in this place are. I ate there once during my stay.. unseasoned, gross food. Buffet style so the kids are touching everything. If you’re considering for Afronation or any adult trip, don’t. Kids are everywhere.

The location and view was excellent but the property itself is very run down. Dirty/stained towels and linen were provided. The plumbing in the bathroom is very outdated. First night there we had no hot water. Called maintenance and they sent someone over. We were told that we needed to leave the water running for 20 min to get hot water. Ran for 30 min and got luke warm water to take shower with. Second night toilet kept running and making noise. Limited food options and dirty plates at the buffet. Extremely long lines at the bar. Wait time to get drinks can exceed 15 minutes at the two bars. They tell you there are restaurants on property which are included with all inclusive but when you get to the hotel there are all kinds of restrictions and its impossible to make a reservation unless you are staying for more 7 days or more. Even though you pay the hotel directly they refuse to offer any compensation. Find a different property to stay in if you do not wish to have your vacation ruined.

Egentlig et flott hotell, beliggenheten og utsikten er fantastisk. MEN de har et problem med kloakklukt i avløpet. Vi klaget og ble flyttet opp i 16. etasje med en fantastisk utsikt men det var fortsatt en uheldig lukt på badet. Godt forsøkt skjult med kjemisk bad&lukt-rens. Synd for et ikonisk hotell i Algarve. Flott bassengområde, kort vei til stranden, god mat, men ikke så mange smil å få fra personalet. Pestana må legge noen penger i medarbeiderutvikling og vedlikehold
