This stylish 11th-floor apartment offers breathtaking ocean views and resort-style amenities, including a pool, tennis court, and private parking. Just a 5-minute walk from Praia da Rocha, it`s the perfect base for exploring Portimão.

The bright, open-concept layout features a spacious living room with a large sofa and Smart TV (with Netflix and screen sharing), opening onto a private terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic. The terrace includes a cozy outdoor dining set - ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances: oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The dining area seats two and includes all essential cookware and tableware. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, fresh linens, a built-in closet, and large mirrors that add to the cozy, stylish vibe. The sleek bathroom includes a rainfall shower, fresh towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a well-lit vanity. Fast WiFi and a peaceful atmosphere complete this perfect Algarve retreat.

You will be 500 meters from Praia da Rocha, with its diverse restaurants, shops, and nightlife. You will also be a 10-minute walk from the beaches of the 3 Castelos, Careanos, or Amado. Additionally, you will be less than 1 km from the city center, with several shops and services.
