Great location

Great location, listing and pictures deceiving. The apartment is very small, did not plan on spending much time inside so not a huge deal. Listing mentions Air conditioning, there is a working unit in the downstairs area although upstairs (very narrow spiral staircase to 3 of the bedrooms) no working AC. There is a unit there but when I inquired about it not working was advised it does not function which is why there are fans. 1 bedroom is a loft area so no privacy, other 2 doors had to remain open to circulate air from the small door leading to rooftop deck. Wall outlets in loft section also not functional, when inquiry sent to check in person I was advised to contact someone else. Just charged phone etc elsewhere as again not a big deal for us.
