The house has 4 large bedrooms with BIRs, one study with a sofa bed. Also 2 kitchens and 2 lounges, and 2 home office areas if your group needs separate spaces.

Please put out the rubbish bins on the front verge on Sunday evenings.

Please ensure you have cleaned the BBQ if it was used, otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We know accidents happen, if you break or damage something, in agreeing to this rental booking, you agree to replace or repair. Please let us know.

Please let us know if things are running low so we can order: BBQ gas, Soda Stream gas etc.

If you use the BBQ you must clean it properly, including the BBQ equipment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee being charged.
