「Overall, we loved our stay! There were little things we noticed that we hope you can improve on. We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. After we submitted our initial payment, I went back to look at the details and the price was cut in half. I didnt like that.」

「We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere.
