The condo is absolutely beautiful, I even told my husband that the pictures online don’t do it justice when we walked in. There were so many small touches (charging outlets, dish soap, beach chairs, etc.). I will say, I agree with a previous review, the beds were extremely uncomfortable to me, I did not let that reflect in the review because everyone has a different preference when it comes to a mattress. The water is completely different from beaches not too far down the road, so just keep that in mind when choosing Mexico Beach. All in all, the condo was the highlight of the trip and absolutely perfect for our family.

Our family had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! The location, directly on the beach and right across the road from Killer Seafood, is absolutely perfect! We spent our first morning on the beach and walked over to Killer Seafood to pick-up lunch. We then enjoyed our food relaxing in the lovely seating area just off the parking spot. The condo is beautiful and honestly prettier than in the pictures. Everything was clean and incredibly well maintained inside and outside. The views from the balconies cannot be beat. Overall a great experience!

Great condo

This condo is super cute. Very fun decor and new updated features/fixtures. Very family friendly area. Not very touristy; not a lot of things to do around Mexico beach but that is what we liked about it. Just hitting the beach every day.

Great time at Mexico Beach

We had a great time at Mexico Beach. The condo was super clean and exactly as described. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions we had. The location is excellent! Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Location is perfect, beach was not crowded at ALL and the views from the patio are unbeatable. Such a nice kitchen to cook easy lunches after coming in from the beach… all around 10/10!

Best stay ever

This home was beautiful furnished, clean, fully stocked kitchen , comfy beds, everything you could want or need. Three different levels of decks. Decks have glass barriers instead of bars so there is full view of beach even when seated. The beach chairs available for use on the beach were wonderful. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. We will definitely stay here again. Killer seafood is right across the road

Family Beach Trip

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! The beach access was amazing with small children so you didn’t have to worry about walking far. The porches were great to sit and enjoy the view! It was conveniently located. The condo was very clean and updated! We will definitely come back.

Family vacation

The property was fantastic! Was able to sit on the balconies, and enjoy the views all day. The beach was in perfect condition, and was not very busy (during spring break). The beach is truly right out the back door. Plenty of great shops and food choices rear the property. We will absolutely be back.

Great location, beautiful views, well appointed. VERY BAD MATTRESSES! We would absolutely consider staying again, once the mattresses are upgraded.
