Renovated-Gulf Views-Pet Friendly-Booking Winter and Spring Dates - Great Rates!

Welcome to “I Sea Blue”!!! It is a newly renovated beach home with all new furnishings.

Inside “I Sea Blue” our guests will enjoy open living areas along with efficient sleeping quarters. There is a nice front porch where you can take in the view and enjoy the breeze. The front door opens to the living room where there is a sofa and chairs with a television for relaxing. Off the living room is the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry and new stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. to make any dinner preparation as easy as possible. There is a small breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the dining room. From the dining room there are 2 doors one that leads to the back yard patio and another to the carport area.

All bedrooms are down the hall and can sleep 6-8 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds, a bunk bed set with 2 full double beds. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The other is a shower only.

It's a quick walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the beach, just cross the street and you are there! Upon arriving back to the house from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse away the salt and sand.

The backyard has a patio with grill with large table and chairs. The grill is connected to natural gas supply so no worry about switching tanks. The backyard has a privacy fence making it great if traveling with young children or pets.

Speaking of traveling with young children, at the end of block is a nice city playground. There are pickleball courts, a basketball court, and playground equipment. So if a change of pace is needed check it out.

If you don't feel like cooking, guests have several dining options within walking distance (within a mile of house): Killer Seafood.

For indoor entertainment there is 50" Roku TV in he main living area with another Roku TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs are connected to the Wi-Fi network for streaming. We offer free YouTube TV account for use while staying at the house. Wi-Fi is available (bring your laptop or favorite tablet to stay connected with friends and family).

This house was great! Fenced back yard for the dogs. Right across from the beach. Mexico beach is a bit lacking in places to eat & pickup groceries, but not a big issue.

The location had easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped. The backyard was a huge plus as it allowed our dog some freedom to explore. We will definitely be back!

The best Coconut that ever fell from an Acorn tree!

2nd time staying here. Will do it again. Great location across the street from the city Pavilion and easy beach access. Have a dinner pick nick and watch the sun-set.

Short family weekend trip

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here. It's pretty small, so perfect for a couple or small family. If you have a dog you will really appreciate the fenced in yard. It's only minutes from the beach, which was the whole point of our trip. The only complaint I had was the garbage can outside was so smelly the odor traveled all the way into the backyard. Also, it would have been amazing if part of the backyard had covering for shade. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

A little piece of heaven

Just a little vacation

Location to the beach was great. A short walk and the Sunset Park was an added bonus. When the wind and waves were rough it was a great place to still be able to watch the ocean. I Sea Blue had everything 5 older adults needed. After seeing pictures of Destin and Panama City and the crowds, Mexico Beach was definitely the place to be..quiet. The weather was the only disappointing thing for the week.

First Mexico Beach Trip

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. It was beautiful and peaceful, not busy like PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Sea Blue. It’s such a cute and cozy little house. It’s clean, the water pressure is great, the beds are comfortable, the backyard is perfect for the doggies or just to sit and chill with the family, and lastly, location, location, location. In conclusion, it’s a great place to say and I truly hope we can stay there again. Thanks Tori for sharing your little peace of heaven with us. 🙂

PERFECT AND AMAZING!!

I Sea Blue is a perfect bungalow cottage just across Hwy 98 and only one block from the beautiful Gulf. When you open the front door, you can see and hear the water. The house is a newer build, like most are since Hurricane Michael. The design is smart and spacious for multiple family and friends. The amenities of the house are just right and very nice. Tori, the owner/manager of property, was attentive to my questions and I had no problem reaching her. I highly recommend her perfect little property for your next stay at the always welcoming, quaint Mexico Beach, FL. ❤️
