Little Sunshine

Welcome to Little Sunshine!! This first tier 3,800 heated/cooled square foot, 3 story new construction Cape San Blas home has deeded beach access less than a five minute's walk away. The Retail Seafood Market and an ice cream shop are also just a short walk away. The home boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 4 king beds with on suite full baths and walk-in showers plus 2 bunk beds with 4 twin XL mattresses and a full bath including a tub/shower. There is one 1/2 bath located at the garage and pool level and one 1/2 bath located at the second floor adjacent to the second family room. Home is equipped with 2 washers and dryers, a spacious and well stocked kitchen that has 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators/freezers with ice/water dispensers, separate butler pantry, two car carport, two car garage with a 3rd refrigerator/freezer, residential elevator, 12x24' pool and an outdoor shower. Guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront and bayside views while staying connected with WiFi and staying comfortable with all the amenities a luxury custom home has to offer. Experience the magic of Cape San Blas in a brand new beach house in a prime location.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the beautiful views to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We made the best memories here and can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great time! The house was immaculate and communication was very quick when we did have a question. Layout was perfect for our large family giving each adult/couple their own master, and the kids loved their bunks. We paid for the heated pool and it kept it warm and comfortable for the kids since the ocean was too cold. Kitchen was well stocked. We never ran out of silverware between dishwasher loads! We cooked a lot during the week and always had what we needed. Soaps, shampoos, dish and laundry detergents, along with other necessities were provided which is not usually the case with vrbos. The two sets of washers and dryers and three refrigerators were amazing to have!We definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon! Sunset views from the front porch were amazing!
