There's a natural rhythm to days at Coastal Joy. Mornings begin in the light-filled kitchen — granite countertops, stainless appliances, three barstools at the breakfast bar — before spilling out onto the huge main deck for coffee and the first look at the Gulf. Beach gear is loaded from the stocked closet downstairs and the group makes the short walk to the sand. Afternoons drift between the surf and the gulf-front pool, which is just steps from the back of the house. Come evening, the adults migrate upstairs to the king master suite's private sunset deck — bistro set ready, Gulf turning amber and rose — while the kids wind down in the cozy living room with its electric fireplace and large Smart TV. The turtle pond catches the last of the light outside the queen suite windows. Coastal Joy lives up to every syllable of its name.

The main level is wide open and wonderfully social — updated kitchen flowing into a dining room with a large table, into a spacious living room with two full sofas and a sleeper sofa, all opening onto the huge Gulf-view deck with gas grill and seating. The electric fireplace makes the living room equally inviting on cool off-season evenings.
