DETAILS: Lantana is a Gulf-front 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a private pool and hot tub that sleeps 10 in gorgeous Cape San Blas. Guests will love the 2 Gulf-front balconies, a screened porch, and 2 primary bedrooms. This dog-friendly home is also close to local restaurants and shops.

In the carport area, underneath this stilted home, is a gas grill, picnic table, and access to a large private pool and hot tub. Guests can admire the beach views while lounging poolside or unwind in the hot tub after a busy day of jumping the waves. A wooden boardwalk leads directly to the beach!

Steps lead up to a large, screened-in Gulf-front porch and open to an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor. Wood laminate floors and modern beach decor create a relaxing environment for friends and family. A sofa, loveseat and chairs surround a 58†TV, and a sleek kitchen with white countertops seats 4 at a dine-in island. A dining table with bench seating has space for 8, and the entire living space enjoys views of the beach from sliding glass doors and windows. A guest bedroom with a queen bed is located behind the living area.

On the second floor, guests will enjoy 2 primary bedrooms and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed. Both primary bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that open to a spacious balcony with incredible beach views.
