While you'll have easy access to a shared, outdoor pool and playground, venture out and discover a variety of local attractions including the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, St. Joseph Bay Buffer Preserve, and Cape Palms Park, all less than 20 miles from your door.

Crisp, clean, and chill, this home welcomes you and your guests into a modern, inviting interior. To one side, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances and counter seating for on-the-go snacks or quick breakfasts. Gather around the dining table for more formal meals or family game nights, and then sink into the sofa and watch TV in your comfortable living area.

This vacation rental also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your swimsuits bright, clean, and ready for beach days!

Things to Know

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
