Step inside this 3-level beach retreat on the second floor to discover a polished interior with gleaming wood floors, splashes of vibrant color, contemporary finishes, and lots of bright sunlight. A den with a pillow-soft sofa and 2 club chairs invite guests to gather with friends or family. Wander onto the furnished balcony for unfettered Bay views. The floor hosts 3 inviting guest bedrooms. The first 2 guest bedrooms have 1 king bed and a private bathroom each, and the final guest bedroom has 2 comfortable queen beds.
Continue up the sunlit stairwell to the open-concept great room on the top level. Windows and French doors along the back wall provide entrancing views of the turquoise waters and fill the space with natural light. Culinary-inclined guests will love the chef’s kitchen featuring high-end appliances, an oversized island that doubles as a 4-seat breakfast bar, and a clear view of living and dining areas for easy conversation during meal prep.
