Great place!

My husband and I came to visit our grandchildren who live nearby. This home is spacious, clean with great amenities. The location is close to many fun activities for both adults and children! This is a great home to stay! If I could give it an 11 out of 10; I would!

Great Location but I'd work on the boat situation

Overall very nice place, good location on the water, nice pool and hot tub, bikes, pool table and good restaurants close by. Great communication from owners (not management company) with any issues. Only complaint would be that the canal the house is on is pretty small and owners keep their boat on the property so there is limited space for boat parking. If you have one boat in the 23 foot range you should be ok and shouldn't have any issues turning around, but there isn't space if you have multiple boats. I would suggest that they trailer their boat so guests have more space to keep boats as the main draw for us to rent the house was having water access. If you have 2 families staying at the house, more than likely you'd have to have 2 boats. Other than that great place and very accommodating owners.

The house was amazing, plenty of room, the beds were comfortable. The kids/adults loved the pool table and swimming pool. I wish the hot tub would stay hot when you turn it on but that did not hinder our experience with the visit.

Perfect vacation home!

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and full of amenities that we made use of: pool/hot tub, kayaks, fishing off the dock (our poles), pool table and bike riding. This house had everything on our list and we had a great time!

Well equipped home

The house had everything you would want during your stay. The house was great for multiple folks to either hang out together and there was sufficient room for privacy if wanted. Would definitely sty here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Host was very friendly and responsive. The photos on the posting are accurate. Home has 4 kayaks with a helpful lift to get in and out of water. The house is located about a block from a bakery and ice cream shop, and .5 miles to a tiki-type bar on the water.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! CLOSE TO LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!

This House is absolutely awesome. It Has EVERY amenity you will ever need. The house location is perfect. Close to restaurants, Publix Grocery store, Wal-Mart and several places to walk to. The yard is great to sit by the canal. We enjoyed the Game room and Pool Table. We going to go back when we can. Great communication with the owners also. What a great experience and place to call home for vacation. Our family really enjoyed it there.

Waterfront Getaway!

The rental property was beautiful! It has many added features that were great! Indoor lighted steps, screened in lani with tv, wonderful washer & dryer, provided hygiene products ( body wash, shampoo & conditioner). Many amenities to make it a great stay! The house is beautiful although the view across the canal the homes were pretty ran down. It did appear the home on the rentals street were being updated! The house had a pool table, darts, fish lights in the canal and 4 kayaks which provided great entertainment for the family. It is within walking distance to the ice cream store, Marina, restaurants and “beach” which gave it a great getaway feel! We had not been to Hudson Beach prior but not would not consider it to be a beach, although a nice waterfront area. The owners were very easy to communicate with. A little uncomfortable being “watched” by the neighbors. Overall an amazing stay

Hudson Beach stay

Wonderful place

This property is wonderful and Edwina is a great host. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The attention to detail was amazing. The sensor lights on the stairs and nightlights are a great touch. The location is great with stores and restaurants nearby. I worked part of the week and the desk on the lower level made that very comfortable. If we’re in the area again we’d definitely stay here again.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is very clean and well maintained! The bathrooms are newly remodeled and all with big showers. The house was super equipped with cooking utensils, bbq grill, and most importantly kayaks. The owner is very nice and easily reachable via phone for anything else the neighbors are super sweet and helpful! The only thing that wasn’t as advertised is that the beach closest to the house is very small and due to algae and bacteria level it was closed. so we had to drive 20 minutes to Fred Howard park in Turpon spring or Sun west park to another man made beach, both very nice! It is also worth exploring honey moon island state park which is 45minutes away close to Clearwater. Bring water shoes as the beach has rocks but nonetheless it is beautiful!!!! If you do not want to drive you might want to bring a boat to be able to reach the little islands in front of the coast. I wish the house came with boat access but I understand the liability of providing the boat being too high. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the place and management!

Awesome spot, super close to marina where we rented a boat. Quiet neighborhood and welcoming neighbors. The host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a pleasant one. The house is open, bright, spacious and super clean. It had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Home away from home.

We so much enjoyed our stay . We went on a business trip so we had meetings everyday. I wish I could have had more time to enjoy the water and everything there. It is a wonderful place to relax with your family and they have all the dishes and pots you need. That was so nice. Very relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to just going to visit and rest. The beds was very comfortable.. The ice cream parlor is a MUST visit place. We visited everyday 😊. The sunset was beautiful. Best home and I must say the Host was a Superhost!

Wonderful, Very Relaxing!!

This property has all of the amenities we needed and more. Our family of four was very comfortable in this home and enjoyed all the spaces to simply enjoy spending time together. We brought our 21 foot center console boat with us and it fit perfectly next to the dock and nicely protected with the bumper guards that were installed on the deck. The lush backyard is a perfect place to relax out on the dock and watch the fish day or night because of the fish attraction lights in the water. The 3 queen beds fit our family perfectly so that everyone had their own room. The reclining couch's in the den is simply amazing! We loved resting and catching a nap after a long day on the water. This home is beautifully decorated and has lots of touches that makes it outstanding. The pool table was really fun to give us some family competition at night. There is so much in this home that I could go on and on about it. Easy access to the main water and boat launch as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back!!
