Great potential, not everything came together to make it a great place to stay, especially for the price charged - expected better.
Too many mosquitoes in and around the rooms, not enough attention given to customers, room not cleaned daily automatically.
Beautiful beaches and pools and jacuzzi.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. It was a comfortable place to stay for our stay, and the convenient location made it easy to get around the area. The room was tidy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area.
